PPP's Georgia poll has McCain up two points.

Raleigh, N.C. – John McCain is clinging to a small advantage over Barack Obama in
Georgia, 50-48.

He’ll be coming from behind on election day. 57 of the voters PPP surveyed reported
having voted early, and within that group Obama is leading 52-47. McCain has a 54-43
advantage with those planning to vote on election day itself.
Obama is polling just short of 30% with white voters, a threshold he would likely have to
cross if he were to get over the top in the state.

:lol He never lets up. I feel like posting some of his greatest hits in predictions that failed but it'll have to wait until later. Some of them are Deadmeat level.

You think Obama is gonna rain down magic presidential powers over the clusterfuck that's happening in the US right now in the span on 4 years?

:lol You just don't get it, do you? Nobody expects miracles and if they do, they're busy praying for McCain.

We will be very, very happy to have a competent and intelligent President who speaks to the best in all of us. Someone who isn't afraid or unwilling to speak to us as adults and will admit mistakes rather than embrace them and double-down on stupidity.

Is this a hard concept to grasp? That people are disgusted and that if we're gonna be in for a screwing no matter what that at least we can elect the guy who isn't an asshole? Haven't we had enough of assholes??

Tomorrow the answer will be a resounding yes. :D

Oh I will not miss Sarah Palin.

I can't wait till she runs in 2012 and gets destroyed by her own party.

This "I'm a small town girl living in a big time world" shit will go right the fuck out the window when her and 9 other republicans are standing on stage in a primary debate. She's going to get eaten the fuck alive, and she is going to WISH that she was running against Obama and Biden again (Who have both been quite soft on her, as has the media).

The 2012 republican primaries are going to be fun.

I know. That's why it's ridiculous. Drudge is treating it like it's an actual story.

I'm tempted to take off my boater hat on Tuesday and replace it with a Russian fur hat on Wednesday. Then, when it's time to take out the trash and walk the dog, I'll smile and wave like a spaz to my Republican neighbors without saying a word..:D

How does Hilaryis44 look right now?

WHY IS AMERICAN BIG MEDIA NOT WARNING PEOPLE ABOUT BHO AND HIS TERRORIST ILLEGAL AUNT LIVING IN PUBLIC HOUSING

Pretty much.

Gotta say though, their pivot to full-on, open support of McCain-Palin was slow and subtle... for the longest time, they kept claiming they'd all write-in Hillary. Of course, we all knew what was coming, but still: much more subtle than I would have expected from those nutjobs.

Other than that: pure lulz, as always.

I wonder if anybody has told her that when it comes to the Vice Presidency and the corridors of power, she is going to be locked in the broom closet.

How the fuck can this man think that? Especially with such leads in PA, NV, and FL? Maybe Ohio, but jesus.

Palin's voice makes my skin crawl.

I hope I don't have to listen to that for 4 years.

I just realized who she sounds like.

More specifically, Clinton in his second term.

I WANT Obama to do this.

THIS IS NEW AND EXCITING NEWS!

HIDDEN AUDIO THAT WAS PUBLICALLY AVAILABLE FOR TEN MONTHS TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT!

It has all the makings of 100% truth.

Unfortunately, people who work in the coal industry in OH and PA may not take the time to look at the context of the statement--especially when robocalls are already out in full force in those states using this quote from Obama.

the FINAL RCP average

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/us/general_election_mccain_vs_obama-225.html

Obama +7.5

the FINAL Intrade

Obama 91.2%
McCain 9.4%

Obama's RCP average has skyrocketted from 6.6 yesterday to 7.5 in 24 hours

Most of the final polling took all the undecideds and simply asked them who they were leaning for and put the undecideds in that column, thus it means the undecideds are leaning Obama

Obama's Intrade percentage has jumped from 88% to 91% in 24 hours

I think you're vastly overestimating how many people are even listening to robocalls and how much impact they have on elections. This will just be tossed on with all the other McCain negative robocalls.

We may have more coal in the US than they have oil in Saudi Arabia, but they have far more sand.

I'm glad this coal shit didn't catch on until now, there is no way I would have been able to stand hearing much more about it.

FUCK coal, I really don't give a fuck. Coal? Fucking coal? This is more of that right wing populism that I was talking about earlier. Look, alternative fuels HAVE to catch on sooner or later, I'm so SICK of people acting like we just have some god-handed obligation to support every little stinking fucking industry that the "average joes" are involved in. Email will eventually be the end of mail carriers (I believe it anyways, I'm sure there are those that would argue I'm wrong on this but thats not really the point).....why? Because it's fucking OBJECTIVELY BETTER, in EVERY POSSIBLE, QUALITATIVE way. People need to stop fucking kidding themselves. People that work in the coal industry are eventually going to have to find other ways to feed themselves, yes it SUCKS, but thats the fucking breaks.

And this isn't some "elitist" shit, it's common fucking sense, and it's coming from someone whose father works in a steel mill and whose city of birth probably wouldn't have been built if not for coal.

Side note : LMAO "Monopolized control of our government"...year mean like, what Bush had 6 years of? You mean like, when YOUR party passed legislation that depleted the US of any sort of respect or moral authority in the world, as well as taking the biggest offensive against our civil liberty that was the patriot act? Get the fuck out of here!!

Dear Sarah,

STFU.
God Nov. 4 can't come soon enough. You would think the people supporting these morons lived on another planet for the last years. All I hear is terrorist, high taxes, rinse repeat. What has he done? Sarah, sweetheart do a little checking to find out and stop asking the first dude.

This state (Florida yes shocking I know...)really is a political joke every time voting time rolls around...

TAMPA - Hundreds of thousands of pages of what appeared to be voter registration documents were found strewn along a section of Interstate 4 early this morning.

The documents were discovered along a quarter-mile stretch of the highway near I-275 and contained names, addresses, phone numbers and party affiliations of Hillsborough County voters. Several empty cardboard boxes were found nearby.

The papers also listed voters' registration numbers, precincts where they are registered to vote and a check box next to each voter's name indicating their choice of Barack Obama or John McCain in the presidential election and whether they needed a ride on Election Day.

Kris Carson, a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Transportation, said highway workers were sent out early this morning to pick up the documents. She said DOT workers were holding the papers until the county's election officials contacted them.

"We've got nine plastic bags full of papers," she said.

A spokeswoman for Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Buddy Johnson said election officials said the documents are likely survey forms but didn't belong to them.

"They're not our papers," spokeswoman Mia McCormick said. "Sometimes candidates request this information for campaign surveys. But we don't know whose they are."

So far, no one from either major political party had claimed the documents.

"It's obviously very embarrassing," said Michael Steinberg, chairman of the Hillsborough County Democratic Party's executive committee. "I'm sure that it wasn't intentional."

Did their polling include 35% AA vote?

Cause let's say 35 percent holds up and he gets 95-5 of that vote. Wouldn't that mean he'd only need 25 percent of the rest to cross 50 percent? Am I doing the math wrong?

Exactly; at this point the amount of undecided voters who honestly listen to complete robo-calls and are persuaded by them are an insignificant number of people.
