I don't believe so for two reasons. There's probably no stock available to put on shelves, the only stock is already preordoered so nobody would be able to buy those/get those earlier and for the other reason is for the consoles that have been preordered they are expected to be delivered on the 19th so payment will start to be charged around the 15/16th, if you release the system a week before you need to charge people a week before, plenty of people wouldn't be happy with that.

more reason then ever to ship them here, those busy playing games are too busy to be fighting amongst each other.
