Not anymore. Ms and ubi delisted it. I got my first Xbox (series x) as a gift for Xmas 2023. Both splinter cell games and a slew of other games were removed for sale on the store back in 2023..right around the time they said they were done with procuring any new backwards compatible games. Hmmm. You can get Pandora Tomorrow on the XBox store. I got it a while back.

Why what license was needed for splinter cell, there was no licensed music. The whole delisting makes zero sense.
Luckily they are cheap and plentiful at 2nd hand, antique and retro stores. I got splinter cell 1 and Pandora, battlefield bad company 1 and 2 (both delisted) and ninja gaiden 2 (not delisted but was $30 digital) at one store for $30 for all 5 disc's.
That disc drive is cruital for playing older games as Microsoft can't be trusted.
Christ I didn't recognise Michael Ironside

Maybe this is one of those games that blossoms over time, but so far I haven't run into anything that MGS V doesn't do with more polish, style, depth, freedom of choice, and fun.
