I believe they have been made available for free on Rockstar's website if I remember correctly.

I don't think Valve coukd allow hentai games without asking the devs to censor the game, also they sell games to the entire world and I think each country may have different laws about porn.

so, Lords of Shadow 2 is up for pre load. what's the folder they're pre loaded? need to move it out of the ssd, and i formatted the PC since JaseC gave me the tip.

It pre-loads to where Steam is installed unfortunately. There are ways around this, but they are somewhat convoluted.

I generally just pre-load onto the SSD, play through the game on that drive, then move it to storage afterward.

They were bundled with the GTA3 trilogy.

It's the depotcache folder you want to move and drop a symbolic link to.

GMG wont give keys to preload the game? Am I stuck waiting til release date?

From what i've read on the LoS 2 thread, it seems GMG waits 'till last minute to send the keys.

EDIT: unless the pre load is somewhat compressed, the games is 6.4GB. Doing in-engine cutscenes was the right choice.

and now I own all the Tom Clancy games on Steam except for Pandora Tomorrow and Sum of All Fears.

Why isn't Sum of All Fears discounted more? It is a movie tie in, sure, but it is still based on a Tom Clancy book.

Presumably they could easily extend the family settings to block access to particular game types, tie it together with requiring a credit card on the account currently logged in to allow viewing games of that type. At the end of the day imo, its just another type of game and I don't see why the developers of those titles should be eternally locked out of one of the primary pc DD portals for no good reason. If Valve want more Japanese devs + players to flock to Steam, here's a golden ticket to make it happen.

Evidently Valve have a different take on the matter though, but if their ultimate aim is to ditch Greenlight and allow potentially anyone to sell their games through Steam,are they still going to step and reject/block particular titles/genres?

Anyway, moving back to a safer topic - its another disappointing offering from Ubi today, as expected.

Has anyone else had an issue listing items on the market on and off for a while? For the past week it's been a crapshoot if something will list, say cookies aren't enabled, or just tell me "there was a problem." Using the client or the browser.

Enhanced Steam says I have 8 dollars in card drops, I wanna sell 'em dangit! :p

I just noticed that Total War Mega Pack doesn't include my favorite Medieval Total War. Can you imagine how stupid and angry I feel right now? I can burn Sega to ground with this anger.

From the Splinter Cell franchise, only Blacklist is infected with Uplay.

ctrl + f 'uplay' works on the store page, since Ubisoft generally lists that information. I have noticed people are also tagging games with 'Uplay' or 'DRM' if the service is required. Actually a very positive aspect of that system I hadn't realized previously.

EDIT: Conviction uses it as well.

Ghost Recons are (I really want to get Ghost Recon and it's expansions, screw the third person change/less "milsim" aspect of the Ghost Recon 2 on), with the exception of Future Soldier. Splinter Cells with the exception of Conviction and Blacklist should be free of Uplay.

I'm sad I don't have the funds for Ghost Recon and it's two expansions since IIRC the GoG release of Ghost Recon doesn't include the expansions. :(
