I personally am not ready to accept Flowtron is 100% right about Season 3.
Dude leaked all of Season 2 (even the fact it was all new characters) before we knew Akuma was even going to be in the game. He's more than vetted imo

I think it kinda looks the same from what you can tell.
It's not as though we'll never get Necro or Viper, I wouldn't be surprised if we got them in Season 4 or something later down the line. I just don't expect them in Season 3 specifically due to what Flowtron said. It's not like he said that they'll never be in SFV.
Yeah, that's the best shot I could find. X-Kira used the camera tool to look inside the building a month or two ago, but I think he deleted the pictures for some reason.
With Sagat and Sakura coming in season three, Capcom probably wants to save some of the other big requests for later on. I could definitely see Viper and Oro in 2019.

One of the big reasons the "Q/Necro/Oro/Viper are being added as a free base expansion" rumor was plausible is that doubt that many people would want to pay for the 3S vets.
Yup, those characters weren't heavily requested tho.
At the very least, I'd expect Oro & Crimson Viper to turn up at some point in the future (be it Season 4, 5, or the rumored free base roster additions).

There is. There is a Taito cabinet that is being premiered on the 21/22nd. That should be our first look at SFV AE actually running.
