The cast is wonderful -- especially Archie, Jughead, Betty, and Veronica -- with a particular nod to Cheryl and Josie (of the Pussycats). They are truly electric onscreen.

After all this time, i still find weird that they changed Josie's race rather than bump up Valerie as the leader of the pussycats, even after they revealed they made all of them african-american, it feels weird that they wouldn't put front and center the one character that already was black from an overwhelmingly white cast of comicbook characters.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend might be the closest thing to having an average looking cast on the CW. I think it counters this by being the best show on the network.

I can't get over one of the twins from Zach and Cody is in a gritty portrayal of Archie.

Also Veronica is beautiful. I always preferred Betty in the cartoon as a kid but Camilla Mendes' eyebrows are on fleek.

I want to live in the world where these CW casts come from. I hope the show is good, but CW is at least launching a dozen modeling careers with this cast.
