Yeah I pretty much see that as a bonus.
It's showing the industry again and again that this DEI stuff doesn't sell and there isn't an audience for it. The only way this type of content sells is if you attach it to an already popular IP like Star Wars or Spiderman.
Hopefully it will help devs (or at least executives) realize that adding all this DEI stuff is only making their games worse to appeal to an audience that pretty much doesn't exist

If videogames are so.powerfull to help humanity to solve it's problems besides diversity they should be targeting hunger, wars, migrants, deceases. I mean more important issues than just diversity.
