Good luck getting a straight answer, since calling out a racial trait can be treated racist (isolating someone), while treating people similarly (melting pot theory) can be treated as racist too as that ignores their characteristics. Pending the jackass, you can get burned either way, so it's a no win situation. Better to ignore the topic and dont give ammo to weirdos.

The lousy "gimmick" in that scene at least is to call them "racists" to exploit the fact that they will react to that (the game points out that they are "being weird about race"), and they'll presumably then do what she wants, to prove to her they are not racists.
I can't see why nobody would vibe with this gameplay. Nope.
