Really enjoying the console version. Beta was great so this was to be expected. I foresee some very long nights in the future.

You can. On the map they will appear as little arrows. The party leader will appear as a crown. Now if you are in a certain distance of them, you will see the arrow/crown on the edge of your screen.

I wish the pvp zone displayed others on the map. I didn't see the battle being fought icon anywhere so I ran long distances a few times to a random tower only to get ganked.

That, naming, and no text chat (especially text chat) have made me sit out on this until improvements are made. For now I'll stick to the PC version. I NEED harvestmap.

This. Where the heck do I find people in PvP? One moment a big battle is ensuing, and the next moment it has dissipated. The problem is that once it dies down, I don't know where everyone went. Sometimes it feels like the server died.

Does anyone have an idea on what I can to make sure I'm always in the fight with a group of people? I'm in Daggerfall by the way.

It shows 416014 for a while, then for a split second it shows another number. It was 1684. Then 1500ish. Now, five minutes later, it's 712. I think that number flashing up is the real queue, because it keeps dwindling.

Edit: and now 423.

Is it worth rerolling on the NA server as an Aussie? On EU currently, the lag is pretty rough, but we chalked it up to just aussie net.

We're only level 9's.

See when your stealing, there's certain things we're looking for to steal. And it's NOT armor and weapons. That stuff is a waste of inventory space. We must be wiser than that.

If all it takes to get money is to just get weapons and armor and break them down, and sell the materials, then why did I mention stealing specifically and not dungeon grinding for items???

Now your getting it young grasshoppa!!!

When your in a environment where there is containers to steal from, there's unique items called "treasure" that can be in them. This is what we are after. These items are high in value and can only be sold to a specific vendor for a high price!
These are examples of treasure items.

Notice the Value: 30 and 100 gold. Now you see how quickly you can obtain a couple grand. Good good young one. Your catching on well.

Now you may ask, who do you sell the treasure items to???

ah, excellent question young one!!

You see, there is a dark place, a place where only the ones on the dark side know of. The Outlaw Refuge.

These refuges are usually located in major cities and can be identified by their unique map icon.

Once there, you speak with the ledger to sell your stolen items too.

Now, for a word of wisdom, young one.
The ledger will only purchase a number of items from you every 24 hours, so be wise as to what you sell to the ledger!!! Make each sell count!

You will not be able to sell many items to the ledger at first, but sell enough and become more skilled in the way of the thief and more options will be open to you, young one.

I played the PC version without the mods. I mean, the reason Lorebooks and Sky Shards are scattered is the immersion of Discovery. Having a mod tell you exactly where each is takes away from this. To me it is fun finding and discovering these items as you travel the environments.

I never agreed with these mods and mods that tell you where Ore or Wood is located. To me it takes away from the game and makes it like you are cheating to get these items easier. Just my opinion.

I have been sitting here for half an hour in the queue waiting to get in. Position 1 and 1 second to go, huh? I feel lucky to even be able to get to play this at all.

Someone on the official forums is saying that when it shows the large number it is telling you how many are on the server, then the smaller number is your que into the game, when it shows you are 1 in the que and 1 second are it being buggy.

I wish ore and herbs glowed at least. I'm not looking at every inch of a field for stuff to pick up. Which means I'm not going to craft anything. :/
