no, this is irregularlly laggy. hits are supposed to register instantly.

now I'm stuck on a loading screen, I might put off playing this until Zenimax Online gets their shit together.

i believe i will be doing the same. i spend more time waiting in queue and then playing with lag than i do without.

Today was one of the first days where me and my friend had no issues with lag or connection issues. He had a problem where he couldn't see an NPC, but quitting out of the game and getting back in solved that.

Logged in great and everything was fantastic for a couple of hours. All of the sudden I hit like 20 minute load screens and input lag so bad that it took like 5 seconds for an action to register. Then it crashed and did the same thing once I started again. Yeah, I am done for the night. Still love the game, but damn.
