U.S. Office gets better with age. Extras had David Bowie FTW.

The David Bowie bit was one of the highlights from Season 2. I much prefer the first season overall.

Actually, the interview from Bowie on the S2 DVD was probably the best thing from the entire series.

Series 1 was much better I agree. There were several highlights of S2 most of them were however from the particular guest for the episode. Spaced Series 3 however would rule them all.

Personally, I thought making Merchant a full-fledged cast member made the show a lot funnier. The Office's sustained sequences of horrifying social self-destruction/sense of poignancy came back in the second series, too, which helped. Then again, there are a couple episodes of the first series that I straight up don't much care for, like the one with that game show host and the one with Ross Kemp.

Is Oka hitting that? It would explain Bell's chowderheaded decision to be on Heroes...
She isn't Veronica Mars in real life. She is a non-mainstream actress who wouldn't receive probably any great roles in film...this is her best shot at becoming more well known.

She could have been on Lost. LOST!

.....LOST!

Let me just say, for the first ever internet-TV award... Clark & Michael ROBBED.

Edit: Wow Brad Garrett is making some great jokes.

She could have been in charge of some operation who someone else is in charge of that another person is in charge of charging when the other person isn't charging it.

Seriously Ugly Betty? Who the fuck is voting for these awards? How do you not pick The Office / 30 Rock / Entourage over that?

I don't technically see why it's nominated, simply since it's an hourlong and has plenty of dramatic elements. I mean, it's funny in places, but is it really a comedy?

The Emmy's make the Grammy's look like the fucking cutting edge. That's just the way it is...

The only reason Arrested Development won that year I think was because people knew Ron Howard was involved so they thought it was an update of The Andy Griffith Show.

COME ON!!!!!

I mean Ricky Gervais is funny, but shit, Extras was not a show that he would really be remembered by...

I am sorry but my vote was for either Alec Baldwin or Steve Carrel

Did House win anything? I only saw the beginning (fuck yea Locke!) and then tuned into football instead

I was rooting for Alec also. I think that pig phone call to his daughter hurt him. :D

Steve is good but he's no Ricky....

what is going on when they drop the sound out like that? are the actors talking bad about the war?

She was mumbling incoherently and all I could understand was the word "war" and then she said something like "we wouldn't be the god----" or some nonsense then it cut. I assume she used god damn in some way. :p

Yeah but they cut away for much longer than that. She must have kept mouthing off. I can't wait to find out what she said.

that wasn't even the first time tonight they did that cut-away. it happened once in the first hour as well.

Truly fucked Emmy's this year.

I watch Boston Legal and enjoy it mostly, but Spader didnt deserve it.

Michael C Hall should have been in his place.
