Been around the online gaming sites for awhile from Steam, Reddit, and Gamefaqs. If you are a gamefaqs or former gamefaqs users, you might have heard of me especially from the PS5, Resident Evil, or FFVII Rebirth boards.

I love movies from the 80s, many movies from the 90s and early 2000s too but 80s are my favorite. I was actually born after the 80s too.

Favorite games are modded Bethesda games such as Fallout 3, Morrowind, Skyrim, Fallout 4. Fallout NV although NV isn't by Bethesda.

Wanna expand my forum gaming site and this one is looking to be it.

Hello! My name is OldMachineLife, I based it on a Megaman Zero 3 track named Old Life Space but messed it up, oh well...

Anyways, I much prefer the slower forum type discussion than the chaos of a chat server so that's why I decided to make an account, but otherwise I've been lurking for 7 years or so.

It dawns on me that I've been here since 2013 and never posted here. I could write a novel but I'll try and refrain from that.

Hi, I'm an old fart that's been gaming practically since birth. Literally. My dad bought an Atari 2600 in six months after I was born. I've never known a time without gaming. I'm an IT specialist by trade and education. Grew up in Virginia to Marylander parents. UVA alum (go hoos!), Orioles fan. Currently live in southeastern Oklahoma.

I don't work in IT anymore because I'm the full time caregiver for my fully disabled wife (RA and nerve damage).

Hello, fellow gaming community!

I've been reading NeoGAF since 2014 and decided it's time to join the party.

A few words about myself: I'm an early millennial, forged in the depths of the post-communist Bulgarian realm. I'm a former professional photographer, soon to be a C# web developer, and hopefully a future indie game dev.

My top 3 favorite games are Dark Souls 1, Mass Effect 2, and the third spot is a constant battle between Final Fantasy 7, Cyberpunk 2077, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Resident Evil 2.

Longtime lurker since late 2000's. Discovered NeoGAF through a post someone made in the Gamespot forums long, long ago. I tried to start an account shortly thereafter but got rejected for some reason. It's only very recently (like a month ago) that I'm finally a member. What really interested me in this forum was learning that actual game devs post here, which is super cool. I hope to make at least a friend or two here. I may be a bit fiery here sometimes but IRL I'm quite laidback.

Old, and yet still a novelty.

Game fan, former garm journalism, wrote games, taught the narrative design/game writing the kids they love so very much.

Was once critical -- not rude or insulting -- of a games reporter and his overreliance on both paraphrase and the anonymous quote and now am on a twitter block list.

I was always aware the existence of NeoGAF since my childhood (i'm 26), but i never actually made an account here since i'm brazilian and would often prefer portuguese-speaking forums.
Forums are basically dead in brazilian internet due to the rise in popularity of social media and discord, so i decided to actually become a new user here.
My account took SIX MONTHS to be accepted by the moderation for some reason.

I'm Moxie. I've been signing up to old websites I should've signed up for 20 years ago lately. I even have an active Fark account. I've always liked NeoGAF, but as a pathological lurker, never got involved until earlier this year when I set everything up, forgot, and only checked my email and saw I could get started today. I used to be an avid poster on old PhPBB forums that no longer exist, and I'm looking to stretch my legs and get back into the habit of having these kinds of conversations with people on the internet.

I've been DMing various TTRPGs with a discord group for about seven years now- started on D&D, tried Dungeon World, now we're giving Spirit of '77 a spin. At risk of saying entirely too much on my first post, I'm also huge into MMOs, so I'm eager to talk about WoW, GW2, FF14- and I'll honestly try any MMO once just to see what they're doing with the formula. Still mourning Wildstar. Looking forward to getting to know people and being part of a community again. Hi!

Hello! am on here to scrape and also participate. Been working on making content of my own for the horrid cesspool that is youtube but I have an actual decent pipeline i've developed. Anyone interested in knowing more about it dm me, don't be shy to criticize it either I want to improve upon what i've been able to make so far...

Greetings and salutations! Never been here before but been a member of some other boards for years. Not much to say except except I like video games, movies (preferably adventure and horror but I'll watch just about anything, I also have a penchant for bad movies as I find them entertaining). Also love 80s stuff, one of the best decades ever for entertainment IMO.

Hi all, does anyone know what happened to Captain Smoker? He posted a good .png in the retro sales thread (page 2) and it's now gone. I can't reference it anymore It was EA sales data for consoles (Nes/Master) in the UK in then 80's.
