The problem with graveler is that he's redundant for Annie. By the time we can't use Annie, he's weak to everything.

Graveler's actually decent against most of the dragons save Kingdra. Even Flygon can't do that much thanks to her high defense. Throw her out against Salamence or Altaria and she'll KO at least one of those.
