vtubers?

aw. Ina has to stop everything and head home for the moment. speculation is that her visa isn't supposed to allow for work and technically her streaming while in Japan is work so... :messenger_confused: hopefully HoloLive is able to sort this out for her and all the oversea talents who are currently "working" in Japan.

I am glad that ReGLOSS is getting more recognition as they seem to be like the forgotten branch of Hololive (kinda like AZKI was before she got her new model and joined the main branch), especially after that 3D debut stream, but Raden has been killing it. lmao

yeah, at first ReGLOSS didn't really clicked with me, but the longer time goes by the more I like them. Raden has such a unique thing going on with the art history stuff and Rakugo too. Ao's gap moe between her full loser mode and host mode. Kanade being a cute kusogaki and her story of going to Japan to work on this job. Hajime's mumbled up speeches and her unbelievably great dance skills. Ririka's "meal prepping" skills and her overall talent. I really hope they can keep growing.

EIEN Project is closing down as well. Four of the talents will keep their model, the other two will be linked to their new identities.

First kawaii, now this. Seems like being a smaller Vtuber company is no longer worth it?

I like a couple of vtubers, but I don't watch regularly- tend to just let the highlights catch me while I'm flipping through my socials. The ones that get the biggest laughs out of me are definitely Tonkatsu Sinclair (NSFW):

And also Lady Beemer (NSFW):

Both of them are horrible in their own ways, and even if I'm not huge into vtubers as like... a concept/media empire/way to spice up gameplay videos, I can't help but be drawn back to whatever fresh hell they're putting out.

When you decide to make the NSFW version yourself.

sigh... I don't follow her but it's sad to see them like this.

Yeah. She unfortunately joined Nijisanji because she was fans of Selen and Pomu. They "left" right when she joined. Because of that she wasn't treated the best by some "fans" and possibly some within the company itself. She was even excluded from the NBA collab and never given details. I can only imagine what was going on behind the scenes when both her and Doki were in Sajam slam together.

On the bright side a certain Minty Maid may have already reached out to her........
Oh, look at this totally unrelated person. 👀

Ame live in 17 hours

nice to see Ame doing well even with a new identity. and consider her situation, it's not like we won't see Ame at all, so I hope the best for both of her. the way she puts it, I guess the company going public was the "limiter" that caused the issues, or so I feel. anyway, wish nothing but the best for her no matter what.

on the other side, Miko keeps being the cute comedy gold mine as usual.

I like this new timeline where the talents just re-debut with characters that are pretty much carbon copies of their old ones, just with a different hair style. lmao. Onion already at 400k subs.

Also Banpire (Mel) is lining up for her re-debut on Halloween as well, am glad she is coming back. What happened with her kinda sucked!

Damn, Miko, my kamioshi, is so much a comedian even her fans are on legit funny as well.

Anyway, it's good to see Ame do so well in her new persona. Hopefully, one day, I want Ame to be back with the Hololive girls again, but that's me being selfish.

speaking of Mikochi

listening to this legit made me cry a little. knowing how rough Mikochi had it when she just started, it's so good to see her at where she is right now.

I was watching Shylily today as she was watching Vtuber Legend on Crunchyroll

She watched the first 6 episodes (of 12) on stream and it's a funny show

saw a clip of Lily saying she's going off stream for a while due to medical reasons. hope she'll be ok and back in tip top shape soon.

also, looks like Yagoo's idol group dream will have to keep waiting to be realized. because this new group Flow Glow all seem to be comedians one more outrageous than the other. :messenger_tears_of_joy:
