Velma cancelled. I dont follow SW or superhero tv shows, but there's got to be more than Acolyte? I dont know. Hard to tell since I think some of those shows are meant to be only a couple seasons, so they might not be cancelled. But simply end of the line as designed.

No doubt. I dont know why that is since DEI has been pushed a lot for years. I guess just a snowball effect.
And yes regarding pipeline. I mentioned that too many times. You can kind of give any recent stuff a gimme since they tried to ride the DEI train but got caught 2024 was a brick wall. Too late to change. But for those games in progress with plenty of time to adjust, it'll be interesting how many more obvious DEI bombs still release in the next few years as you said. Some will adjust, some wont.

Maybe we should start a narrative consulting company to help game developers remove DEI and make their games as badass and politically incorrect as possible. We can call it Bitter Man, Inc.
Oh and Veilguard might be the next rare incel victory. Maybe not a total flop but probably a disappointment.

Oh ya. Get Veilguard ready. No way it does as well as the last DA game which sold a ton over time. Given the franchise itself, it'll still sell great compared to the avg game.
It'll be grilled for numerous things though. Right off the bat, you can already grill it for having Fortnite graphics and cover art, and getting rid of NPC control.

Yeah definitely. Veilguard has the advantage of being in a popular and successful franchise, and it’s been long enough for people to miss Dragon Age and forget how shitty the last 2 BioWare games were.
But man the aesthetic and overall vibe I get from it are so damn awful. I know I’m not the only one who feels that way.

It's not even just graphic cards but also processors and AMD configured systems. Maybe people didn't even want to redeem or trying unsuccessfully to resell it or maybe we'll see more player at the weekend.

We may not be able to kill their Western studios completely. But they will notice how their game sequels underperformed; TLOU2, Horizon 2, all underperformed the original game. Yotei is next

The virus has infected most development studios, their game designers, directors, up to their highest executives --> Herman Hulst who went all-in with Concord and thought it's going to be one of the main franchise of Sony games

Microsoft is on par, stop the console wars bullshit regarding this matter. Microsoft has a production guidelines etiquette mandating developers to inject woke themes. It's in their website, same as Amazon or Netflix.
till proven wrong, we have no reason to claim that Ghost of Yotei will have wokeness in it. Sucker Punch has always had excellent female characters, like in the first Ghost game so let's give it the benefit of the doubt.

You are console warring when you say "no other.." This is not true. Sony has co-funded Stellar Blade. You won't find a similar game funded by MS. Sony is the owner of FGO. So no, you can say PS Studios is very woke, but at the same time Sony invest in games that Microsoft could never.
And again, PS Studios doesn't have production guidelines in their fucking website dictating what creators can and can not do. Microsoft does.
