Man, I'm torn. I dunno if I'd rather be Sting or Kyle MacLachlan.

You have got to finish Dune. The book is like the sci-fi political version of LotR, except you know, enjoyable to read.

You'd make sure you don't cut through any back alleys where Tolkien fans can follow you. As for Dune, I've given it a few shots now and I keep bouncing off after fifty pages or so. While we're talking LotR, the same thing happened to me with Fellowship of the Ring until I was finally able to break on through to the other side, as it were. I'll try to hop back on board the Dune train again one of these days, I swear.

Good point. I'll take your advice, then, and will be Kyle. You can be Sting.
