I was thinking of purchasing this.

But it just seems too good to be true, what do you make of it?

I'm not really up to the whole modding thing that's why I'd op for this.

It seems legit, but I want to hear from someone tha has used it first. The boot disk for the original playstation worked perfectly fine, so I'm hoping this will work too.

From what I've heard, it does work...but it is obviously more work than having a MOD chip -AND- probably puts some additional wear n' tear on the system.
