In retrospect it was the best capital city besides the vanilla ones (Shattrath was pretty empty, Stormshield and panda towns had no rich history) . I'd take that over no capital city and standing in my garrison.

It was even worse than Shatt lag-wise though. On more populated servers people called Shattrath Shattlag and Dalaran turned out to be even worse, I spent half my time in Dalaran in cellar of Horde inn.
