Meh, they don't really defend titles at these monthly events anymore. It became more noticeable lately first when Daniel Bryan was out, then when Lesnar won it and disappeared.

The shows with match specific names are all shite, except the Royal Rumble. That includes MitB, Extreme Rules, Hell in a Cell, and TLC. Then there's non-match based generic names like Battleground and Fastline.

MITB is the only one that can get away with being what it's called. Extreme Rules and the other names sound too damn generic. I know HHH wants October to be Halloween Havoc but Vince is stubborn as fuck.

I find it weird how staunchly resistant some of you are to Brie Bella being in a title match. Like you're unable to feel sympathy for a woman who has just recently seen her sister and husband forced into retirement due to injury and is likely drawing her own near-decade long career to a close.
