Got Borderlands. And Elite Dangerous (tho it wasn't on sale, but still cheap for what you are getting)

Other sales I found

Terraria: $8
Halo the Master chief collection: $35.99
Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe edition: $35.00 (I don't know about standard as I already purchased one)
The legend of Korra: $7.50
Need for speed rivals Complete edition: $30 (No sales for standard)
Walking dead season one and two each: $12.50
Sleeping dogs DE: $15

All of those were already posted. Well, the percentage anyway even if not the exact pricepoints.

Random question but wanted to ask it here. If I delete a game install, do the updates delete as well? I want to free up some space for this sale. Thanks.

I enjoyed White Night, but wish I would have waited on it now. It's a bit on the short side, so it for $7.50 is a really great price. Oh well.

So, for those that have played it, would they say State of Decay is worth £14? What's the average game time to completion like?

One of the best games last generation. Also a massive game and that is not counting the addon with the second city.

Still haven't played OrI yet so tempted to pick it up but I think it will get cheaper at some point. The Handsome Jack collection is a decent price too and I haven't played the pre sequel yet either so might jump on that.

Have picked up Geometry Wars 3 though, loved the first too and £7 is a good deal.

Are these all of the sales or are these just the weeklong ones, and they're going to update with new deals daily like their other sales?

I think they've said these sales will be for 'all summer' but I don't think we have an actual timeline as of now.

I recently bought an Xbone, and it came with a 14 day Gold trial. If I activate it for the sale will I get the added Gold discount?

Killer Instinct Complete or Lego Batman deluxe?

Lego games drop in price like there's no tomorrow, and every retailer around is selling them.

There is no physical version of KI outside of the vanilla season one pack, so you'd be left waiting for whenever the complete edition went on sale again. This is also the lowest it's ever been if you're a Gold member.

Yeah I think I might just grab both lol. Not having a fightstick is stopping me. I played the demo with the controller and it felt fine but not sure if I could keep playing that way.

My Microsoft $ account balance is set to expire on 7/7/2015. Does it mean I can use it tomorrow or does it mean I have to use it today?

I think I'm going to not get Sleeping Dogs afterall. Looking around, I see I can get the physical copy for around $20-25, and while it's a little more expensive, I'm not convinced I'll enjoy it and don't want to be stuck with it if I end up not. Obviously, a risk you take with any purchase like this, but in general, I don't enjoy open-world games, so that's a little risker for me.

Probably going to grab State of Decay instead.

It's a good game but the remastering still has frame rate issues, even worse than how it performed on the 360

Pretty sure you will get the added discount, yes.
Fantastic! Thanks :D

Sleeping Dogs is incredible. I can't speak for the remastered Xbone version, but I 100%'d it on the 360 and it immediately became my favorite open world game ever. There are so many mechanical things it handles better than the GTA series, and that was really refreshing to see. Plus the main character is awesome.

Highly recommended if you like high-octane open world games.

I really want to pick up Diablo 3 but £30 is still a bit steep for me.

Only you know if the game is going to be the type of game for you, but if it is there is some exceptional value there. I have put in 300+ hours on the console version (99% solo), and I still play it. I actually just got back into it a few months ago and now a buddy of mine picked it up on sale. Just wanted to share my experience :D

Two questions:

Is the Shadow of Mordor DLC any good, or is it fine to skip it?
If I get Lego Batman from the US store will the season pass still work?

Thanks

I went ahead and grabbed State of Decay with the expansions. I never gave the game the fair shake it deserves on the 360. I also picked up Goat Simulator just to kick back and laugh with. What the hell, it has to be worth $7.

Well my biggest issue is that I have it and absolutely love it - only it's on disc. I'm lazy and absolutely hate swapping discs and it's much easier for me to load it up digitally when I'm at university (limited shelf space etc)

To trade in my disc I could get £15, so I would be losing out if I paid £30 :p

Hmm, yeah, I have seen some videos and the combat seems really tight and all. It's just...well, like I said, I've never really been able to get all that much into open world games. I've concluded that they just aren't my thing, that's why I'm being cautious about it. It does seem to be different, though.

Don't have Xbone yet, but had expiring credit on my account so I went with Borderlands and Ori. Pre-ordering Halo can't hurt either (even if I never play it :)). Kind of wish I could pre-order Rare replay... :(

Sleeping Dogs was my second favorite TPS sandbox game last gen, after RDR (and yes that includes GTA 5, and I am serious). I am very picky about sandboxes, tho.

State of Decay was really fun as well.

Man, Rockstar is really not going out of their way to discount GTA V in any significant fashion. Just been a series of Shark Card pack ins with modest discounts. Crying shame given the slashing they've done on Steam and PSN.

Will likely grab Sleepy Dogs, KI Season 2 and Far Cry 4.

I would encourage anyone who hasn't played Ori to pick it up; just finished it last week and it was fantastic throughout.
