So i ended up sending in the Xbox Series S i got my nephew for Christmas. HDMI port broke due to him being a dumbass. Ended up getting a new Series S. Took a total of 2 weeks to get the replacement at my door. Really happy with their support. May get the extended warranty on the next Xbox i purchase.

MS has been better at Sony at every single thing for the last five years. Except games. And it hasn’t helped them at all. We don’t care how you treat us, just give us the games.

Exactly this. I bought a console for games. Great customer service means nothing to me if I can't play the games I want to play and GOTY contenders are getting delayed for no reason at all.
