I agree with you. I get much better FPS and quality is better too if I use Xess over FSR on my AMD gpu.

Yes, XeSS DP4a model doing a better job than FSR2 and FSR 3.1

And you can mods with XeSS XMX model wich it using IA Accelerated (and more close to DLSS)

But people still thinking DLSS is the only way, which is a shame because XeSS is very good and available on all machines

You can use DLSS enabler, or Optiscaler.
They are both on Github.
