I think some of these stats are screwy. A place I used to live has an air index of 11, and I moved 20 miles away and it is 50... But they are both rural and have no factories or anything close by...

I recommend using Microsoft Home Advisor / Terraserver anyway. It gives a lot of the same stats, and about 2x more. It also tells you what kind of cars and magazines people around you buy. Pretty funny.
