Tabata adressed the question in an interview today on how Vita fans can play Type0 HD. He said you can always just remote play it. :)

LOL Shiz, perfect GIF is perfect. I for one have been enjoying remote play quite a bit, I will most likely play it 90% of the time through it. Choosing between sitting on my work chair or laying in bed playing on dat OLED... I mean the choice is quite obvious right. It is a shame that we can't get these ib native Vita format, but since I only really play with my Vita at home, remote play is a way of playing on my Vita, have the portability factor but without the visual/gameplay downgrade.

I understand that people try to defend themselves somehow so they say anything(always resulting in stupid or arrogant declarations), but what's with this mentality that every Vita fan has a PS4? It really pisses me!

Or is he implying that he will give me a PS4 to play Type 0 HD?

I think it's the "realistic" textured fantasy games that I'm having problems with, I would also like a similar patch for things like the souls games (dark/demon, not SS/SSD).

I get the feeling that some developers underestamate my possibility to emerge with fictional worlds when the reality is that "realistic" worlds isn't the same as believable worlds to me. Naturally, worlds that are based on the perception we have of our own reality have a bigger chance of reaching the uncanny valley IMO and I wish that more games used the strength of the medium and created worlds that were as far from our own reality as possible.

Edit: The worst thing to me is when they make anime-like characters in a photo-based textured world (jump victory vs(?), one piece mosou, natural doctrine, VK3 etc. The problem with this as I see it is that they can't make the shaders and lighting blend well with the art direction.

So guys, i want to know if im missing something but i think this TGS was very good even for Vita, I tried but finded hard to make a list like this for 3ds. this time i saw more content towards Vita. Gravity Rush missing and all. Look at this:

... /snip

*sigh* Lots of games, but still, everyday I look at my Vita and he's like...

Hope Team Gravity doesn't make my Vita cry. Also hope that another SoulSac is on it's way too.

We know that Soul Sacrifice 2 is in development, as well as the next game from the Gravity Daze team. We all know that SCEJ isn't developing Vita games anymore, it's just 2+2 to get to a conclusion from that.

You have too much hope. Better embracing despair right now so we won't be left with disappointment.

You know, despite having that avatar, my copy of DanganRonpa2 hasn't even arrived as yet :( Yeah, I might as well just embrace the despair this month.

May get my 64GB card today if the mail delivers at normal time. Just noticed my package requires a signature, not surprised but my luck they will try to deliver it early when I am at work.

Hope is the best spice to bring out despair...

I'm sick to death of HDN games. Too many of them being released too close together.

You can just ignore the side games. I won't be getting PP or the tactics game without a steep discount probably. And will only get the musou if I don't get Hyrule warriors first since I'll probably be sick to death after 5 minutes of mosou

How quickly we forget HDN Idolmaster Edition. And we're not fighting... I think.

There are things shouldn't exist in people's memory, like that game, or Tsukihime anime.

Do we know what the + stands for, I guess extra content but have they talked about what it is?

Edit: or does the plus just mean that we'll be waiting longer than the IOS/Android users ;)

Extra content? You wish.

The plus is there to indicate Vita version, like how Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus is the Vita version of Ninja Gaiden Sigma.
Now that I think about it, pretty much all Vita port has "Plus" after their name, aren't they?

Why fight when you can scream!

Sigh, IM was horrifying...bring over the Neptunia U DAMNIT

Yeah I don't know that Agito+ will have anywhere as near as much content as Sigma + lol

I know you created a thread about this, but it's really worth mentioning that I don't think any of their answers are 'arrogant', 'stupid', or anything else.

They should be mentioning remote play in regards to Vita every chance they get. In fact, if they weren't, people would be complaining that they weren't. Instead of your post, we'd be hearing 'why the heck didn't [sony employee] mention you'll be able to play TLOU on vita through remote play when asked if Vita would get TLOU?!?'.

It's not only proper for them to mention it, it would be remiss for them not to. You really shouldn't take it personally, or as assuming all Vita owners have a ps4. It's just them bringing up a great feature.

You just wait for a new Neptunia x Senran Kagura crossover.

I still hesitate about importing Neptunia U or waiting for the localization.

Well, reasonable thinking, this would be the better approach. We, the one who already made our purchase, don't matter much to Sony, and they are trying to sell the Vita while using as low as possible resource they have, so mentioning Remote Play is actually not a bad way to promote further Vita sale.

We should just try our best to ignore it and keep buying games because currently that's one of those things game dev are using to measure their supporting for the platform, aside with the number of userbase.

You just had to remind me don't you?

btw guys read the VN instead if you are interested in Tsukihime. My absolute favorite VN. Tsukihime started my love for VNs. It's set in Fate/Stay Night and Kara no Kyoukai's world so if you're interested in any of the two, it's a good read.

Getting off topic there, does anybody here care to remind me when Hyper Light Drifter releases on Vita?

I don't think it'll be a simultaneous release among all promised platforms. PC is probably coming first, with the Playstation platforms coming later. It's getting a closed beta in October, if I'm not mistaken.

Oh god what if Neptunia U has the bad voice acting for Noire and Blanc from Rebirth. Augh. The JP VAs don't do much for me either.

Damn. It's gonna be hard watching somebody else play it earlier.

It only has a vague 2015 release date for now.
Oh man can't wait till 2015. I've been hyped about it since I saw the trailer last year I think.

Mine is Hotline Miami 2. Hyper Light Drifter had a horrible build in a past indie convention, maybe it was too early to show anything at all.

Oh yeah there's that too. And idk, I find the artwork so charming, and the soundtrack so good. I'm sure it'll be OK, it only releases next year anyway.

Hyper Light Drifter has to be my most anticipated indie game ever

Was excited for it, then I learned that my early-adopter kickstarter backing isn't able to get the Vita version and they didn't allow backers to add the additional funds to get it. Kind of killed it for me. Really not the way to say thank you to the early adopters, more like a kick in the balls!

It'll get localized. It'll take some time, because Noire RPG is probably coming first, but it'll happen.

Ha, I didn't even know about that one. So many HDN games, it's getting hard to keep track of them all.

I only just got started on Re;Birth 1 last night but I'm enjoying it enough that I've got Re;Birth 2 pre-ordered already.

I wonder if I will ever have a use for a Vita TV. Currently live in a one room studio apartment with one TV, and I own a PS3 and PS4 so I don't think Vita TV would actually give me any benefit. But I guess in the future if I live in a place with 2 TVs it could stream my PS4 games to another TV? Doubt I would ever choose to play Vita games on it instead of the actual Vita.

Wait, Re;Birth 2 is already available for pre-order?

So I have been interested in SK:SV for vita for a long time. It comes out in October and if I get it it will be my only game I can really afford to get for a while. I will miss Arcana Hearts, Nocturnal Doctrine, can prolly get Frozen Synapse if its cheap. I am asking honestly, is it a good game? It has hype, I like brawlers. Is it actually good and worth the money though?
