Interesting. One last question, what was your favorite chapter and how does it compare to DR2's chapter 5? That one specifically cause that was the most mind blowing ride.

Probably chapter 5. It's the best balance of plot developments/mystery/gameplay/characters, I think, even if the final answer to the mystery isn't quite as inspired as DR2-5. Chapter 6 is actually a close second even given how terrible some of the actual plot developments in that chapter are, lol.

Finished Danganronpa 3. Solid 8/10 game for me. As expected, I enjoyed the characters and most (though not all) of the individual chapters. I personally loved chapter 6/the ending, though I am sure it will very divisive for everybody on here. A lot of Japanese fans of the series have hated it (judging by the online reactions I have been reading).

It is. It doesn't just recycle old songs either like DR2. It felt very fresh.

I won't say if they're required for this game (V3) in respect towards people who want to find out for themselves, but yeah, at the very least play the first two games. They are all similar in formula so if you like the first one, you'll like the rest. I don't see any reason to jump ahead to this one, especially with 1+2 coming out on PS4 soon.

Just finished chapter 1. Holy shit, I am CRUSHED. So looking forward to seeing the reactions when the game is released in its localized state.

Is it me, or is this game the most difficult in terms of language? There are so many extra small mini games with time limits etc.
