I think they confirmed this is ue4.It's unreal engine 5 but I feel like the series s is holding the graphics back by alot.unreal engine 5 can do much better
So are ign reviews at this point. They way they include hype music from the game, and are afraid to give big releases anything less than an 8, just screams that those guys are on the take for me
Series S has nothing to do with this. The director of the game said they chose not to go with UE5 because it was still early in dev and they didnt feel comfortable working on an engine that had not shipped yet. It's unreal engine 5 but I feel like the series s is holding the graphics back by alot.unreal engine 5 can do much better
100% agree. Why do the Jedi feel so heavy? The running animation still looks horrible my god. First game was okay to me, it was a jankfest, so far im not impressed by this one either
Honestly, hear me out, Star Wars is a 70's IP, it's about fucking time we get some sick ass 70's facial hair styles and customization options.
Yes it's the same animation. In their attempt to make his feet interact with various differences in the surface textures, they made him look like he took a dump in his pants. Is the animation ”janky” as the first game? I would be shocked if they didn’t fix it for the sequel.
Wanna bet that they just made the levels twice as big and kept the crawl spaces LOL.How are the loading crawl spaces now that we are next gen exclusive?
Days Gone absolutely has higher quality character models than a lot of games I've seen. Especially Deacon and Boozer, they stand out even over the other characters in the game. Iron Mike is an honorable mention.![]()
Is days gone super impressive or the jedi game super meh?
(Ingame model, no cutscene)
The freakers are also super detailed if you consider that you can have 500 of them on screen.Days Gone absolutely has higher quality character models than a lot of games I've seen. Yea that's true, and I would agree with that. Can't really think of another game of that scale and quality on Unreal 4.The freakers are also super detailed if you consider that you can have 500 of them on screen.
It was the best looking ue4 game from past gen for me, better than gears5.
I just cant stand that shit anymore. Guardians of the galaxy and god of war ragnarok had them what felt like every 5 minutesWanna bet that they just made the levels twice as big and kept the crawl spaces LOL.
Realistically it'll be interesting to see if they cut back on them or even removed them all together.
The game is on unreal 5 what r u talking aboutSeries S has nothing to do with this. The director of the game said they chose not to go with UE5 because it was still early in dev and they didnt feel comfortable working on an engine that had not shipped yet.
The graphics look underwhelming because they CHOSE to make them underwhelming. Very little effort was put into upgrading the visuals. Even UE4 is capable of way better visuals than this.
I think they confirmed ue4.The game is on unreal 5 what r u talking about
It’s not UE5….It's unreal engine 5 but I feel like the series s is holding the graphics back by alot.unreal engine 5 can do much better
They were there to allow the next area to load in before you could see it. Since this is next-gen only I doubt those are needed anymore. At least for technical reasonsI just cant stand that shit anymore. Guardians of the galaxy and god of war ragnarok had them what felt like every 5 minutes
i love when people double down after being presented evidence. how old are you? 12?The game is on unreal 5 what r u talking about
