Lol da origins is the only good dragon age by true bioware. This shit right here, is the final nail in the coffin for dragon age series. Good job EA. The kiddy look, awful gameplay, woke shit...its gonna be the end of many series

SH2 apparently didn't suck, despite all the haters. So hopefully this is able to replicate that.
If anything, SH2 proved that people are open-minded enough to admit they were wrong about a game.

If this game is genuinely good, people will admit they were wrong again.

Looks like it's real. There is a larger cutscene making rounds on twitter that ends with this prompt. I also saw this lol

You can't tell me who I am.

in the character creation you have to option to have top surgery scars on your character body

let me ask you this, do you think it's OK to normalize surgery to remove little girls breasts to 'affirm' that she's a 'boy'?
Let me say i had no idea the game had that.

I thought people were saying it's woke because the Gay Dragon.

Bahahahahahahaha fucking trash devs

Amazing how some AA japanese devs can make a beautiful and well written game about diversity and tolerance and at the same time you have one of the biggest western AAA publishers delivering a piece of shit as big as this one.

I bet blackrock has a bigger say in the western woke push than in Japan tho.

Do you think it's ok to pretend there's said surgery in the game?
It's an option you can pick in the character creator. It isn't forced on you.

Just don't pick it and you won't die, I promise.

The intent is clear to normalize top surgery scars amongst young people, AND THAT'S NOT OK!!

I think there may be some liberal ladies or LBGTQ people on this writing staff guys. Just taking a wild guess here.
I mean, when you will take a look at who is Veilguard's game director, who is a lead writer and also wrote that character, it's quite easy to assume why they threw this shit in to this game

I feel this game is going to be somewhat well reviewed. If only because it feels like it's an actual passably decent game (as opposed to Dustborn) and it's dripping wokism.

As somebody else said it would be fun to play this game as a full-on "God hates X" conservative. Unfortunately that has a prerequisite (buying the game) that I'm not willing to do.

It's an option that specifically talks about gender reassignment surgery scars. In a fantasy game. With dragons.

What have we seen so far - transgender stuff, multiculturalism, taking offense to micro-aggressions - it's like Tolkien is right here with us lol.

The problem is that we never know who are "shills" and who aren't....many many channels want to stay "onside" or in the "good books" with developers and will never give honest criticism as they worry it will hurt the relationship with devs in future, so they potentially lose the chance to get shipped out to early access events or review copies of games early etc...its hard for a consumer to fully trust ANY channel or review website because of this.

When I finally squeeze in a rare moment to game after work, the absolute last thing I'm looking for is another round of the DEI discussions I've been nodding along to at the office all day.

Just what every gamer dreams of—diversity dialogues invading their fantasy worlds.

I was ready to give it a shot, but...yeah, hard pass. Thanks, but no thanks.

I used to join those teams meetings and just do something else while listening . . . now I quit doing that. Last one we had, there was a speaker they paid for that said mixed race couples might not make it out of restaurant public bathrooms in the south . . .

So are we expecting most of the mainstream review sites to rate this high just because they're all aligned with this western dev woke trash and want to see it succeed against the backlash?
