Well, there's a reason: it's just a patch for upgraded graphics with some additional, not a full remaster

I get people liking a game enough to put up with Nintendo, but defending the practice of this "upgrade" that is the bare minimum of upping the resolution and frame-rate that the other 2 consoles makers and PC provide for free is ridiculous.

It's akin to AAA devs charging extra for early access, a completely artificial feature that didn't need to exist, but does to milk money out of people.

Oh, I just pointed that out because framing it as some patch instead of the actual native next generation version that it is (with its own retail release and everything) is a way to take away all the natural expectations for late, next generation ports, i.e. including previous DLC right from the start.
And sure, you can say that getting the native next generation version of Forza Horizon 4 didn't give you all the old DLC either, and you would be correct. But at least Microsoft isn't charging you for it.
On the other hand, Sony is charging you $10 to go from Horizon Zero Dawn on PS4 to PS5, but at least it's including the Frozen Wilds DLC right from the start, even if you didn't originally buy it on PS4.

If this fake outrage disappeared today, you'll have another one tomorrow saying:

Also since when do Nintendo games drop in price, last time that happened was with GC and a few select titles on Wii.
Them not lowering the price makes the Switch versions hold their value, i know people would like to have it differently but it is wat it is, this is Nintendo not Ubi or EA.

Ps.

Yes, I've been pretty frustrated because I wanted to discus about the console, the games, specs, availability in my country, etc. But it's been nigh impossible with people hanging from whatever negative "news" (a bunch already clarified misinformation) and then when it finally ended, someone else find a stupid fake controversy in the level of "Sony not letting you play with your PS1 controller in PS5" and the flames start burning again because that's what those low IQ broke mf wants: Something to bitch about, burring the actual system conversations below a big pile of fake outrage.

The remake never included that mode, though. It's a bundle with that specific remake and TLOU2 Remastered that is cheaper than buying both games separately.
