Its from the same director as The Invisible Man from few years ago. I really liked that movie but this trailer didn't make me that excited. The original 1941 movie is great and I enjoyed the 2010 remake too. They should make that cancelled Bride of Frankenstein movie with Javier Bardem and Angelina Jolie.

The insane asylum transformation is probably in the top five werewolf scenes for me.

agreed , the slow and gradual transformation physically and mentally was well done

Have you seen The Company of Wolves? That's a forgotten eighties classic IMO. Part art house horror, part fairy tale, based on a novel by Angela Carter.

Dammit, really? Why is the lycanthrope so hard? In the 80's we had SO MANY great werewolf films. American Werewolf in London, The Howling, Silver Bullet. Where did this genre go so astray?
