There really is a lot of down, quiet time in this, just going from place to place or ? to ?.

It reminds me A LOT of RDR2 where there is so much empty space that’s simply occupied by nature and a beautiful soundscape that you get absorbed in while traveling around.

I’m finding myself just running or walking from place to place listening to the bugs buzzing, the leaves rustling and the animals roaming. The soundtrack is also just sparse enough and it feels like it knows when to kick in at just the right time.

I dunno bros I’m getting real nostalgic vibes here. I fucking HATE the term “cooked” but holy shit Ubi really did this time.

I don’t sell gear? I just break it down at the smith at base. I’ve got lots of money like $10,000. No need to buy gear unless I want the cosmetic better to just upgrade legendary or epics at the smith.

Otherwise the sell all trash option is what I use then back out cuz everything is useful to hold onto.

I still find it odd that a game set in Japan is where they decide to introduce a Black character. Why not wait for a game based on an African empire? There were plenty of great historical settings to explore. But that’s just my perspective. I’m over here just waiting for our turn, and now we get this, surrounded by controversy, as if the Black community as a whole specifically asked for it or some shit. That said, a game is a game. It has great reviews, and I want to play it based on that merit alone. Since at the core, imma gamer and all.

The game is at a 4.77 star rating (out of 5) on PSN with 6K ratings, you have to own the game to review it there.

On Xbox, where you don’t have to own the game, it has 800 one-star reviews complaining about “Super Diddy” and things not even in the game.

Currently it’s 201 reviews at 4.6 for normal edition and 215 reviews at 4.7 for the deluxe edition.

Did a contract. That was fun. Good way to hone combat and get a feel for stealth and who you can/can't assassinate. I can already tell I'm going to enjoy the hell out of this. Gameplay is really satisifying and I haven't even gotten back to Yasuke yet. Hopefully I'll be able to put more time into the game tomorrow. Only six hours in so far.

I was thinking, the memories thing is kind of cool in the menu but the chances of me going back to play any other AC is super low. This one is just too much of a step up to go back. I was watching someone play Valhalla and it now looks so cheap from the graphics to the animations.

For example, let me have my headgear during cutscenes, it dissapears everytime I talk to someone, it's stupid

Centered camera option like Valhalla had

Being able to remove all these silly effects like the white outline when sneaking or flashy lights when fighting

Custom difficulty, for example being able to choose less spongy enemies but make them more dangerous, something like the Lethal mode from GOT

It would be nice as well if we could have an option to remap the eagle vision, having to press R3 is really annoying

I am loving the game tho, but there is room for improvement imo although I am sure Ubisoft will support this game for a long time so they will probably add many of these requests at some point
