What’s PS vr 2?Why not on PS vr 2?

PSVR will get third party ports because it’s relatively cheap and easy to do so. This is just a moneyhat
Quest isn’t a substitute for high end VR
In this regard I have the same view when it comes to controllers. VR without the haptics and adaptive triggers is lame in comparison.Nope, but anything without pancake lenses isn't high end VR either if you ask me, regardless of what's powering it.
We just finished The 3 Body Problem on Netflix, If I can't taste the dirt then, LAME.In this regard I have the same view when it comes to controllers. VR without the haptics and adaptive triggers is lame in comparison.
Ryan Payton said:Collaborating closely with WB Interactive Entertainment and DC Comics, we aim to deliver nothing else than an authentic new entry in the celebrated Arkham franchise, something that the series’ millions of fan know is no easy feat. The prospect of adding a new chapter to such a storied franchise is exhilarating. (And it’s been a lot of fun.) We're committed to building upon the beloved foundation laid by the legendary team at Rocksteady, and driven to do it justice.
From the start, Batman: Arkham Shadow has been crafted to be the ultimate VR game and take full advantage of Meta Quest 3. We're leaning heavily into our eight years (!) of dedicated VR game development history to create a distinctly Arkham-feeling game that leverages the immersive magic only VR can provide.

I never thought I could be happy for a game and dead at the same time once the end of a sentence reached.exclusively for Meta Quest
She did, but when Warner Bros want you to make them more money, you come back. Even if it's on VR.Didn't Harley Quinn cap this chump?
It's not that. This is not the full on AAA Arkham title people want. Vr isnt there. Unless you're just playing dumb. The VR hate is so weird. Like there's no future where we're not staring at flat screens with keyboard, mouse, and controllers as input devices? Seems so short sighted to actively shit on it.
We must be reading different threads. I see most people complaining that it's a VR title. It's not that. This is not the full on AAA Arkham title people want. Vr isnt there. Unless you're just playing dumb.
I just hope the gameplay isn't chucking a batarang at glowing rats like wack a mole. The trailer was pre-rendered nonsense that didn't show much.Going by the trailers, we saw tons of rats. I googled “Batman villain rats” and Ratcatcher popped up. I’m not too familiar with him.

None really, they went on this buying spree buying these studios and it is what it is. They've spent a lot of money and took heavy losses to try to grow VR. That's commendable I guess. Their strategy now is to try and entice other headset makers to yield to Quest OS and their store/meta accounts to access this content. Become the Android of the VR world. Maybe that will happen soon. What's the sensible business strategy then? What reason is there for Meta to fund PSVR2/PCVR/Pico ports?
interesting that it's camouflaj and not rocksteady considering they do have the pipeline to develop a vr game internally.
but after Suicide squad that's probably a good thing. Og arkham vr was a fun time albeit a sort of tech demo.
User bases do not promise sustained sales of software; lots of hardware gets shelved or neglected over time, or users find the games/apps they like early on and stick with them over buying new choices. New generations of hardware ignite new interest in the product line (ideally...) and it is important to get new products to that audience at a time when they are most interested in using their new hardware. It's the reason why there are often brand new franchises launched at the start of most console gens, whereas by the fifth year of the platform, even if the system is massively successful, you mostly see sequels. Attach rate stops increasing over time.
Quest 3 has got to make its move sometime. (This is especially so if UE5 features lead to new levels of VR dazzle but its hardware requirements leave Quest 2 behind.) And Quest 2 users still have their trusty game of Beat Saber
Is there any talk about Asgards’s Wrath 2 going to PC?Hopefully they consider a PC version through their own store at least.
i have one and i never used it period, still in that pretty valve unopened box with the shiny color outlines. i even got 2 extra base stations also still in the shopping box,Exclusivity has completely ruined VR for me. I almost never use my index anymore.
Someone mod this so you can play it on a Rift S.
I have not fully enjoyed my Rift S. So, I am not getting the latest Quest.
I already have two VR headsets. I am going to have to sell one if I get a new one.
Corporate when someone thinks that character's death could stop them from milking even more moneyBut they killed Batman!
Sales are going to be affected no matter what.
If Quest 3 has 10% of the user base of Quest 2, and 50% of the Quest 3 user base buys the game... that's the same as 5% of the Quest 2 user base buying the game.
So which is more likely to amass more sales. Big user base or small user base?
The Quest 2 started getting Quest 2 exclusives around the same timeframe. It was slightly different in that the Quest 2 already had a fast growing number of users.Complain that VR has no games, and then complain that a game is made for VR.
Good on Meta to fund new game development, although I feel they’re foolish to be leaving Quest 2 users out in the cold. You’re not going to grow VR if you shut out the majority of VR owners.
Look at the crazy long time consoles stay cross platform. Meta should be doing the same.
