Wasn't Bloodborne commissioned by Sony or something...? Not sure, anyway...back to the reviews:You'd be cool with the next big FROM game being exclusive to PC?

There are more things, than just games, that make the platforms different from each other.Sure.
If every platform had the exact same game library it would make multiple consoles existing redundant. A platform having a unique game or reason to own it is fine by me.
No way it sustains that.
Guessing it will settle between 85-90, probably around an 89 like Demons and Dark
Fantastic! This game even got me excited to boot my PS3 again and continue with Demon's Souls! Finally beat 4-1 yesterday. Right now in 3-1
Now, just give me more great exclusives! I cannot justify a PS4 purchase for 1 game...

I don't believe that for a second, sorry.Bloodborne wouldn't have been made if not for Sony funding.

What's that in the corner lol
Its true, a lot of people are not acquainted with this type of game, and its not for everyone.
Notice how Mr Hiphop gamer says its his first hour. First hour out of 40+ hours. You can tell when someone has never played a Souls game
I don't believe that for a second, sorry.
Btw, the most acclaimed PS4 game comes from Japanese dev. That's damn good.
:/All i can say is, if you don't want exclusives, you don't have to have them.

It's amazing how different are the review threads when the game is well received by the critics![]()
I wouldn't miss out on a masterpiece because of a visual style.Oh man I don't know what to do.
I was not going to buy Bloodborne on launch, because I don't particularly like the goth style. (Just a personal taste. I think the game looks great, it's just not my cup of tea.) Figured I'll wait for a sale to see how the gameplay is.
But these reviews. Now it feels like I am missing out on something truly great. Which I am, by the looks of it.
The IP is Sony's. Miyazaki has gone on record to say the pitch for the game was also Sony's.I don't believe that for a second, sorry.
The most acclaimed games on any platforms this gen are Japanese. Nintendo and Platinum games on the Wii U and now Bloodborne. They're the only games to actually average at least 90+ on Metacritic so far.
I don't believe that for a second, sorry.
And P5. I'm going to keep reminding everyone so it stays in the public conciousness
Because it would be nice if there was another Souls game that people who owned other platforms got to play?
Why do you want it to be exclusive?
Confirmed multiple times, yesIs that launching this year?
Where was I port begging? Somebody was asking for a sequel that would have been exclusive and I said we shouldn't ask for more exclusives. I'd rather see FROM freed up to do something multiplatform rather than focusing more effort on exclusives. I thought people would have generally agreed that the more people who get to play FROM's games, especially from the so-called 'A team', the better, but I guess not.Pretty sure port begging, as sly as it is, is bannable. Might want to chill on it.

Lately I am hearing Bloodborne, bloodborne, bloodborne, bloodborne, bloodborne. This is maybe the biggest game that was hyped by Gaf in history (not saying this in a bad way), but it reminds me of the Metal Gear Sons of liberty days on gamefaqs, where everyone was making a thread for that game before release. I am getting the same feeling with Bloodborne now. People making threads of buying a PS4 is worth for Bloodborne, stuff like that. Never expected that From Soft got this big, in 2001 they were so niche. Time changes.
I hate to disappoint you, but I'm quite alright.Don't stop him now, it's fun watching someone skirt the edges of meltdown![]()

Sorry to mention more framerate here, but can anyone tell me how bad is it? Is it more like Demon's Souls or Dark Souls ? ( I thought demon's souls had a much better framerate, for the record)
I love From Soft but man, they really need to get their shit together when it comes to performance..they just don't seem to be able to get something stable in this regard.
This being said, whatever the framerate, I'll sacrifice my balls to a Volcano-God if needed to get a PS4 and this game.
Lets not ask for more exclusives.

My biggest bugbear with exclusives is when they jump platforms. That just fucks over consumers. If a title releases exclusively on PS3, then sequels should stay on PS3 or go multiplatform. And once they go multiplatform they should stay there.
Monster hunter and more recently Tomb Raider are examples of what not to do.
