I doubt this is true.
There are other "factors"... just look what happens to everything under X/MS.This has got to be fake, right?
Why buy them if you dont want them to continue the IP you paid billions for?
Every COD gets just a year so if you fancy just one six month season, limited game modes and 7 maps before they cut support. Then a new COD, then be my guest and go all in.
Heh, you're probably right now that I think about it. I was more thinking about how the agreements and the antitrust focus was so much on COD that I forgot that Candy Crush destroys most things revenue wise.Candy Crush?
What's that? becoming the biggest publicly traded company in the world? Yeah when will they learn
Thats why i dont get the layoffs. They get these out by the skin of their teeth some years. if they are dropping to just MW and BO with expansions in-between then these moves would make more sense but it doesn't seem to be the case.Just talking about the quality, otherwise yes the current CoD teams are extremely good at pushing out games on a yearly basis.
The big namesIf true:
WTF DID YOU BUY ACTIVISION FOR THEN?
Worse. 343i.So they buy most of the best FPS makers in the world, then what? Farm COD out to fucking India?
Morons.
Is there a 343i or is it like 5 managers and a rotating team of contractors?Worse. 343i.

Who owns it now?At least they didn't get the Sekiro IP.

I know you play COD like me, im worried about the future all of a sudden.
Call of Duty had an incredible run, RIP
You're talking about the same company that set up 343 lmao. But they are messing with what made it what it is. They start messing with the formula, it's not going to be the same. I get what you mean though but there are shitty nikes as well. If COD starts to suck, it won't matter what the name is. It may take a few iterations to fall but this doesn't seem like a good idea.
From always owned. Activision I think just published in the USWho owns it now?
You know this old soviet joke about the farmers and their sheep?WTF DID YOU BUY ACTIVISION FOR THEN?
So this is how COD dies.
Yep, I agree. Microsoft doesn't have a track record of doing this, and it's very clear that they have learned from their past mistakesI doubt this is true.
Is it ded now?
