I'm absolutely devastated, I bought the Malenia prosthetic arm from pure arts but through bandai namco and it has arrived damaged!

I contacted pure arts and they said it has nothing to do with them, fine but I'm waiting on bandai namco and knowing my luck they will want the whole thing returned and won't have any replacements as they're completely sold out.

9.9999 out of 10 gutted.

Bummer, hope they can sort you out somehow.
