Place of employment tried this in compulsary group sessions. It was more a tirade about how bad the white man was and how we were responsible for 300-400 years old history, the sins of my father type deal and stealing land. They had received push back for non-compliance in acknowleding country in every power point presentation, meeting, or conference. They really tried to make us feel like shit and guilty. Then they pushed new hiring naratives, more diversity hires and more diversity promotions internally. They someome conflated this with black lives matter and the use of a standard email signature with required pronouns and alphabet rainbow support banners. Basically it's like this:

- Statistically, young women are the demographic most likely to do altruistic actions that damage themselves but help others.

- This has evolutionary reasons: women will make sure their offspring survives even if they have to pay with their lives.

- Statistically, women are the demographic most likely to adapt other person's value systems (good, bad, moral, etc). Men on the other hand, tend to develop their own value systems, even if it means that they are seen as weirdos.

- Women without children are therefore the #1 target of propaganda.

- In social media, they learn that white men are evil, and that non-white men are good. That leads to situations like in Europe where young women demonstrate in public to get more muslim migrants in, even though rape crime is through the roof and some muslim migrants treat women like cattle.

- Social media is designed to create a different reality bubble for each of us, based on factors like skin color, wealth, sex, etc. So a white man might get content about video games, cars and guitars while his white girlfriend gets content about white man being worse than Satan.

- The problem is that you usually notice this when it's too late and the virus is in full effect. Because that's when people don't just consume information, but start talking about it.

Don't get fooled by the term 'socialist'.

'National Socialism' should be understood in a context of limitation: NSDAP narrowed and rebranded existing welfare programs so only who met certain criteria like race could benefit while others were excluded.
