Nah, for example Momiji's Warriors costume is refered as DLC for Ultimate, but they say it has to be unlocked by playing Arcade/Survival/Time Attack. But I already have it. Right now!

I think I am blessed...or yeah they are just wrong. Hope I am blessed though. Free costumes!

For all the people that they attract with the perv stuff there is also a large section of people that they push away and fighting game audience is small enough already. There is an easy way out for them if they just make it equal opportunity.

That said I did check out the core fighters. It looks pretty... plain for new gen, to put it nicely. Suppose I can't complain for free though.

I think DOA5 originally tried focusing on the less fanservice aspect of the game and kept the fan service to DLC but people complained about that as they did with the natural breast physics.(I do remember them mentioning the complains from the fans)

They could make a filter for the outfits for those who are uncomfortable with the Fan Service to be able to lock it to a more PG version of the game and it would automatically show Costume 1 instead of the naughty outfit. Shouldn't be hard since they kinda have filters already for some stuff. That way they could please both audiences in the same game.

Honestly, I find the netcode on PS4 considerably better than the previous versions, but maybe it's just me. Even my friend who lives in a different state who was playing with me online even said the netcode is good with his questionable internet connection. I've had over 100 matches already and I only had about 6 truly laggy matches. I think the netcode is very, very solid and it seems like they improved it. Then again, I have pretty fast internet so maybe that is contributing to it.

I'd be fine with bikinis having a more rare chance to be selected for AI players, I love DoA but always felt like those skimpy outfits get in the way, most of the other costumes are fine.

To be fair the article does right in point that the problem is not the fanservice itself, because it's something that its present in almost all japanese fighting games (Soul Calibur, Tekken...). It's more about the marketing strategy from TN.

Filters wouldnt be bad btw. I mean, I'm ok with the swimsuits and stuff, but its true like someone else said in the last page that sometimes you're playing survival and you keep seeing girls half naked lol

thats marketing problem IMO. Make all the fanservice you want, but market the game as a fighting game, and people wouldnt be as annoyed. As I said, plenty of fighting games have tons of fanservice (hell, Soul Calibur is almost as pervy), but DOA got that fame from all the prerelease stuff about soft skin and realistic bouncing.

I don't think the will be much pics from mods in here too much because Tecmo's lawyers will be sniping extra pervy shit that is not their pervy shit.

They have history of sacking some mods. Modders will have to be selective.

I'm good for the filters idea. Could work like the stage/character random filters, but would take a lot of time.
I can't see TN making predefined filters, since it's really subjective (apart from swimwear maybe?).

Command Training
Free Training Mode


IMO it has enough content.

EDIT: I don't see anyone complaining about PC though, just about how it's ridiculous that the Xbox One game doesn't work with MCZ TE2 joysticks (which I definitely argee with)
