I wish Concord was a Xbox exclusive, all the green rats would've been calling it GOTY material like Redfall.

That’s the difference between sony fans and xbox fans. Sony fans call the execs out on their bullshit, xbox fans keep praising phil spencer even though he ran the brand to the ground.

Sony fans don’t buy slops nor praise them, look at Concord and Destruction All-Stars. Xbox fans on the other hand, overhype every fucking game, even ones that they have no interest in the genre. What you have said is completely spot on. Much like you I only got an xbox this gen after taking a break from last gen and having PS before. Even though my investment isn't anywhere near as early adopters it is still my console of choice and in my experience a better bang for you buck and has better games.

That being said as soon as I heard Phil saying "We lost the console war" I stopped buying any games on the platform. I only play what I already boght and play on Gamepass/PCGP because I know getting too invested is futile now that xbox is going 3rd party.

Every gen I have purchased all consoles with the exception of last gen because the XBOX One was garbage. This gen though? Between XBOX and PS5, the XBOX has, in my opinion, been the superior offering. And if you were someone who rode years with a Series console and a PS4 (and a Switch), you didn’t miss much.

The real ironic thing is that Sony games are on Windows, so outside of a Nintendo console, you don’t really need a dedicated game console with a good PC. Hopefully more games come to Mac in the future.

Sony fanboys get pissy when I say this thinking I'm been vindictive but Sony are digging their own grave by releasing games on PC. M$ have done dozens of disastrous poor decisions regarding games; but one of the biggest ones was to Let Xbox exculsives come to the PC. The Xbox division should've forever stayed only xbox, mixing with PC has made owning the console neigh useless for anybody not already in the ecosystem.

A possible turn around for xbox is for them to suddenly make every single game released from M$ owned studios xbox only from now own; ABK, Bethesda and all. Drop PC as well and force people to buy the console if they want to play the games unless they will be windows exclusives like a strategy game or something.
