One of Alice Kunoji's NPs (from the JP collab) goes hard. It's the one Ploy of hers we never visually saw in Mahoyo (though she DID use it. If you read the VN, it was in the train station vs. Touko's doll army), Wandersnatch.

I'm really impressed with the collab so far. On a surface level they look like ultra generic anime characters but each of them seem to have so many references and hidden things about them. Really cool stuff.

If you like Sherlock Holmes, I recommend reading at the very least "The Final Problem" story beforehand.

Moriarty the Patriot anime is unneeded but very good.

Man first ticket was gold Saber, I thought I lucked out and got Charlemagne immediately, I was ecstatic. Only to find out that there's a 4* Saber named Roland in this banner too. I had honestly never heard of him until tonight. Usual FGO summoning pain.

I threw some tickets and enough quartz for an 11-pull, only got Circe and Roland. Eh, fine.

My poor friend though, he had to hit pity to get Charlemagne.

Obviously I'm many chapters behind. Do they ever address why Charlemagne looks like Ritsuka? I'm guessing not since all Gudako players would have to have a whole different conversation. Probably doesn't make sense to bring it up anyways since Charlemagne existed since the Extra universe (I think it was Extra).

Probably just an Arco art coincidence.

Probably gets explained since his final form is locked until you beat the newest chunk of story.

Story in 5 and 5.2 are pretty good. Good to tackle them while there's leyline stones active, like now.

Not sure on must have banners coming up but you want to get castoria the next time she comes around if you don't already have her. Oberon and koyanskaya light/dark are good buffers too.

LB7 releasing soon possibly. New methods of powering up servant attack cards.

Some past events are available permanently now.

Gatcha now has a pity for the first copy of a 5* character.

If you're looking to get back in and do events, you'll want to start getting caught up on the story. Next event requires LB3 to be complete.

Major storyline involving who your avatar used to be in LB5.2

I'm probably on the exact same story chapter as I was when you left. So there's that.

Some nice QoL including """"pity"""" at 300 banner pulls for featured 5*, and you can make blue apples out of spare AP now if you can't play and don't want to waste it. Also fullscreen support on most phones now, a 60FPS mode and JP just added an Animeplex account binding option (still not in other servers yet).

Also you missed the best Halloween event yet with CinderElly.

Suprised they finally added a pity system. I figured they liked raking money off of whales. I guess they can bait more people into spending if there is something at 330 pulls for sure.

I have Castoria already at NP2. I got her prior to leaving last time. I am also on LB5 Olympus so it doesn't look like I am missing too much story. I thought they would have moved faster.

After Olympus, there's at least 4 more major story lines to get through. Completing Olympus changes part of the game's UI permanently.

That isn't counting the numerous limited time events so there's still been plenty of content.

We finally get Succubus Merlin in a couple months too.

The game is still going in JP even though LB7 has finished over there so it must have been satisfying enough that enough players stuck around afterwards to keep the game going.

I've been avoiding spoilers so I don't have specifics on actual plot points.

Every damn one of them is filled with landmines for me except Assassin 2. I'd love extra NPs of the Koyans, but I dunno whiich one benefits more from NP2.

Me choosing which ones to avoid because of how many I have NP5...

For pure NP upgrade from NP1, I think berzerker 1 would be the best choice since it has 2 NP1 but they're units I rarely use.

That other chart has 3 NP1 on the last day.... choices....

I thought the banner that started a few days ago was finally Xu Fu only to find out it wasn't her at all. Then I looked up the new servant that dropped tonight on the wikia page. He looks amazing in the art but his model looks so clunky and weird. Also thought it was kinda funny that his NP is basically just unsuicidal Stella.

I think I'll pass on these two, I need to bulk up my Summer savings. Does this event have a welfare?
