This is what I assumed but if they follow normal patterns, crafted gear hits with the normal tier I think? We'll see I guess but I was thinking Aquapolis would be how they throttle them.

That's the thing on Mogstation it doesn't show me as flagged for early access. I'll do a little more searching.

PSN services does show me as having access so I guess I'm ok...maybe.

There's gonna be a new system implemented that will assure at least one player in an 8 man will obtain a weapon they need from the Savage raid content upon clear.

Sounds like chests pieces don't drop on the final boss fight in savage content. Instead, 2 weapons drop with one being guaranteed to match that of your party, the other random. This is because he said it's possible to get 2 useful weapons per win.

At this point I kind of assume we'll get patch notes when the dev team is finally comfortable with their job tuning and won't feel the need to repeatedly tell us to disregard it. Likely late July/early August.

Actually it sounds to me like you just don't like the game and likely need to move on. He isn't going to rewrite the game from scratch again, he isn't going to rock the boat and just implement all new systems and remove all old systems that people have come to expect, if he is creatively dead then so are essentially all MMO's in which case I ask what exactly are you expecting?

I've been playing since the first day of early access in...1.0.

Took a break from 3.1 to 3.5 though. Missed nothing really.

Stormblood.

Nothing has changed though. The progression is the same with the same hunt, primal, tome, raid system.. We're receiving less dungeons in hopes that we may receive "challenging" 4 man content (believe it when I see it).

I'm sure the story will be fantastic and i'll enjoy the fights on the way, but this game has. not. changed. since 2.0. At all.
