Hmm, I'd be interested in this if it gets an SEA version with English text.
This isn't on direct topic but does anyone think that they will announce Gundam breaker 4 anytime soon? I keep wanting to pull the trigger on importing 3 but I'm cautious because if there is going to be a sequel soonish it seems like it would be a better idea to wait for that.
Kind of itching for some mecha action though.

I wish I wasn't so self aware of how absurd it is that I, a fan of giant robot people laser sword fighting, turn my nose up at Zoids for being robot animals.

Both have more advanced upgrades that will most definitely be higher cost units. Like Rx-78 and Nu

One thing I did notice is that depending on the Gear you choose, it also refreshes certain bits for your teammate when you activate. For example, Lightning Gear replenishes your teammates ammo whereas Blaze Gear does the same for your teammates boost gauge, but not ammo.
Hoping we get more footage from other units soon.

There's a lot more series than the two best and the two worst and the original, tho. And they have to cater to those of us who've seen most/all of them and might have a different favorite suit.

If you like games along the lines of Virtual On or Gotcha Force this will be right up your alley.
The Gundam fanservice is there, but there is a possibility you might not like how your favorite MS plays (this is how I felt about Turn A and Heavyarms in previous games).
While I enjoyed battle assault at the time it was pretty terrible and unblalaned gameplay wise. Even as a scrub I noticed how some things were broken or didn't make any sense, most glaring of all was when the opponent drops out of Altron's super every time.
And yeah that subseries is dead now, replaced by the VS series. Last game was Battle Assault 3 for the PS2, and it focused on Seed.
Still,, the VS series is more than hype. No announcer but all the characters actually comment during the fight and when you have someone like Gym it's so exciting. Plus there are super moves in this series.
This series is great, but it shines best in online multiplayer.

It's really hard to judge how good it actually looks with these bad captures. Macro blocking everywhere.
I guess but at least you can look at the cool light effects. GN particles look great here.
I thought Arena Fighters was the proffered name for games like Virtual on, Gotcha Force, Power Stone, etc?
I see Power Stone and arena fighters as a related, but different genre, but I guess it'll do.
Can't say I was a fan of either series. I liked the way they looked, just not the biggest fan of gameplay. What kind of mobile suits are we talking about here? Because I'm a sucker for Wing Zero. But also love the OG RX-78-2.
Are any of the Build Fighter models in the series? I don't know of many Gundam fans who liked the Build Fighters series, but I was a big fan.
