Ahahaha 'stuffed' us.

It was important because it was a pivotal match in your quest for the most coveted competition. Which you bottled in impressive fashion. Although it doesn't seem that important after the fact because you're now all but out of contention with the deficit and your limp squad.

Regarding Bayern, you imploded once the £42 million man missed his spot kick. You had that game and your heads went and you punched yourself in the head.

We got a red card, against the best team in the world.

Silverware is silverware. FA Cup still a big trophy. Cup runs can also ignite league runs.

The 8 yearslololooltrorlrololol muppet brigade who know as much as a boiled egg might also pipe down too.

i was referring to this post

How was the Liverpool game 'one of the biggest games'? The FA Cup quarter final was of more direct importance and we pipped you in that; coming back from a beatdown like we got against 'Pool and then winning in a knock out game is far more indicative of this squads fight.

direct importance lol

You know they won't ;_;

It will just turn into "when was the last time they won something that mattered."

Didn't think I'd see fast one touch football from United this season, our last two goals were wonderful

If we didn't beat you twice this season, you might have a point. And Bayern was far from our biggest game this season. Winning the CL is not a realistic goal for Arsenal at this point.

Winning the champions league wasn't a realistic goal for liverpool in 2005, or Chelsea in 2012. Football teams don't get anywhere without belief.

Fellaini's second half was decent.

Loved the scrape on Yacob, though.

Yacob's a right little cunt. Does nothing but snide, cynical fouls from what I can tell

Worst striking options in PL history? Don't know what they were thinking selling Long. To a team who had potential to be dragged into the relegation battle as well.

+Good to see Jones at CB.

Tbh Adnan does look a little burnt out. Hope to see him on the right next game. If not, would like to see Shinji given some time. Looked good again when he came on.

Adnan doesn't look burnt out to me. Besides, he just had a 10 day rest and prior to this game started in only 1 game in the past month. He's just playing on the left where it limits his options. He heavily favors his left foot and on the left wing he only has two options, either dribble past a player or send in a cross. His games will always be underwhelming on the left unless they give him a lot of space during counters like Swansea did.

Ozil looked sharper today. "lazy", but still sharp. dunno if that's just because Everton didn't show up or if it's because the rest did him some good. too bad it took Wenger until our entire season imploded before he finally got the message.

After watching five minutes of cardiff v fulham I already want to stab my eyes out with a pen. Terrible. I'm only watching it in the hope that cardiff lose and go bottom.

I think it's wrong to say Everton didn't show up today.

They played pretty well until it came to creating chances and sloppily gave away the penalty + goals. It's fair to say Ozil played well. Credit where credit is due, jtb.

Opta on Twitter: Wayne Rooney's strike for Manchester United means he is the first player in Premier League history to record double figures for both goals and assists in five seasons.

No way. He was consistently tracking back to help Gibbs. His movement was great. Him and Santi looked in sync.

I thought Everton was fine and Ozil looked good. I figured I'd just wheel out the usual talking points; I don't really care what Ozil's body language looks like as long as he's creating chances and contributing to the team.

He got asked about the upcoming games vs Liverpool/Olympiakos.

"They are both good teams and we are going to TRY to show that we are a good team too"

I really wish he would stop saying that shit.
