You both joke but it sounds like a man on the ropes.

It was suicidal man management, despite it being refreshingly honest.

The words of a man who can wash his hands of more men.

But I wouldn't put it pass Levy to do such a thing though. Boycie should just earn his pennies 'til the summer and just step away.

Not sure which is more amusing, Sherwood's post match interview (where he rightly but extraordinarily slams his players) or Mourinho's (where he says he would rather be in City's position).

It's like he's read a handbook on 'how to be a stroppy manager' and is reciting it line for line.

Where's my chinese? My belly is eating itself. I want to watch Boardwalk without being disturbed.
What'd you order?

Salted chilli chicken has been my go to recently.

Watching the highlights of our game again. Ozil tells Giroud where to go before he even receives the pass for the assist. Found it a bit funny.

He sure does. That's why he shouldn't kill himself over it. Got the setup right, only for everyone else to screw it up.

He had a nice cushy, well paid job managing the U21's though. Probably regrets packing it now he's staring a managerial post in league 2 in the face.

I beat Ryse the other day. Not sure why it got so much hate, it was quite challenging. Only problem is that it was a bit short. I did start off on the 2nd to the hardest difficulty. The QTE's weren't too bad, I started to really look forward to them as they were by far the quickest way to end fights especially when you're fighting a lot enemies. Most people must have played it on easy mode.

Fucking hell that Chinese was boss. The best salt and pepper chicken wings I've ever had. Prawn toast was sublime too. Tasted as clean as it's possible for Chinese to taste. Have enough left for lunch tomorrow, too.

Interesting development at Spurs Daniel Levy has enticed top scout Ian Broomfield back to WHL. He was all set to join Arsenal #AFC #thfc

Interesting. Levy getting ready to give Baldini the boot, I guess. I still don't think we signed any bad players but we signed too many non-PL players at once. I saw Mou saying that Salah would take 6 months to settle in, to do it with 7 players is madness.

Fellaini was the pre-eminent figure. He had the most touches (98) and made the most passes (71) of anyone on the pitch. He was everywhere, covering 12.04km according to the Premier League tracking data. Again, that was more than anyone on either side. He was at the heart of things and gave his team a platform from which to play. In addition to his passing, Fellaini's defensive contributions were significant. He won more aerial duels (four) than anyone else and made more interceptions (five) too. Only Rafael da Silva won more tackles than Fellaini, all of them in key areas near the United box, while Chris Smalling was the only player to better the big Belgian's number of defensive clearances. Fellaini was even involved in the build-up to Danny Welbeck's wonderful team goal that set the seal on an emphatic victory.

I know it was only against WBA but still, lovely to hear.

Also lovely to hear that, Arnold. I might pang for Chinese wings later, come at me wooden you cunt

Think we need to look for a Carrick replacement in the summer. A LB and maybe a Striker.

We need:

* Cover for Rafael
* Relatively experienced CB - Benatia is the dream idk
* Starting LB - Shaw pls nooderstood
* ARTURO VIDAL
* A winger if we don't keep Kagawa (this does not mean Kagawa is a winger)
* A striker if Chicha goes, or give Gohan/Powell a go

My honest opinion is that Baldini's most of buys haven't even been that bad. Eriksen's class, Chiriches look good, Capoue's looked good as a DM, Paulinho looks either amazing or complete shit but he needs to settle with a consistent midfield partner. Chadli looks pretty average but was worth a punt a £6 mill and is a decent bench option.

Soldado's a massive fuck up due to his age but Lamela's only 21 at least so will adapt in time.

Apart from Rooney, Mata, Adnan, de Gea, Wellbeck and RVP we need a new team.

Until you sell RVP :p

I've seen it a few times before when watching United and quite a few mentioned it today, you play better without RVP and you have good cover in this area, might as well cash in while you can since he doesn't seem happy and strengthening other areas is a much bigger priority.

Also if Fellaini is good as a CM then that helps your rebuilding job greatly.

@Showaddy: Tbh your right, most of your signings are good (except Soldado and Lamela) they're just finding it hard to come together as a team, under the right manager Spurs could do very well.

What's astounding is how well Sherwood's XI worked for 55 minutes. Barring a nervous first 5 minutes we played with composure, determination and looked assured. It should not be possible for a team to suddenly turn to shit the way we did. Sherwood is right, the players are too nice. Harry said the same thing, he was always saying we were too quiet and too soft, that's why he signed Parker.

It's hard to find players who can change that.

If Dembele was on the field it would of helped quite a lot, he's an excellent midfielder who isn't afraid of getting stuck in. Collapsing after a nervy five minutes is just your team being mentally fragile due to the heavy defeats from City and Liverpool. Dawson getting injured and Vertonghen saying earlier this week he could leave without Champions League football isn't certainly didn't help either.

I don't know why people have been giving him so much shit, I think he's done about as well as can be expected for someone who has never managed at this level. Players have let him down IMO.

I'm sure there's a Mafia III in the works.

I love Tim Sherwood, hope Spurs let him see out his contract.

"Is that a wake-up call?"
"Nah... we played well in patches... but the club's talking about top 4... wake up."

Really feel quite sorry for him.

Sherwood actually did something well today. Had the setup right, only to watch it fall apart after an hour.

I don't know what's going on with Vertonghen this season. I knew he had a lazy streak but there's been too many times where he's just not seemed to care. If Dawson hadn't got injured then Jan would be the first player to be sent to the youth team this week.

Didn't see the game but saw tweets in the first half saying how well Spurs were and how they were controlling the game.
For a much as people say Sherwood is a bit of a geezer, he has done a fairly good job, Spurs were in contention for fourth even when playing very poorly.
LVG will instil a strong personality within the squad, I bet. That's why I thought he be a good fit for United. I expect the Moyesiah to be gone in the summer, maybe LVG won't be going to Spurs!

- Jonny Evans > Benatiania
- Bebe pls
- Buttner + Vermjil RB/LB cover.
- Gohan/Powell/DatGuy
- New CM to partner Afroman.
