Gonna tuck into episode two of Hannibal season one tonight, gonna give it till episode 5 based on recommendations in here, which I very very rarely do if I am not into a show, infact I never do, shows how much I value you alls opinions.

Again Cola, the first half of the season is really average and I fucking HATED it. I think I was sold by episode 8 or 9+. It's when shit gets real and Hannibal Hannibals. And the finale was an absolute riot.

I actually think they're in a good position for a team that has Dawson, Lennon, Naughton and occasionally Townsend starting. I just don't think their squad is very good at all. Full of average players with little footballing personality.

I don't know what's going on with Vertonghen this season. I knew he had a lazy streak but there's been too many times where he's just not seemed to care. If Dawson hadn't got injured then Jan would be the first player to be sent to the youth team this week.

Ignore those that say that. Massive over-exaggeration. It's a slow build up at first and the 'monster of the week' thing may or may not appeal to you (I loved it personally because they're so stylishly done) but the primary plot of the season that escalates and improves throughout is a genuine draw.

The first episode isn't great at really showing you anything so definitely do at least stick with it for a few more episodes.

As Yurt said, when Hannibal Hannibals, he's one of the best characters ever put to TV. Mads is that fucking good.

It would be great if you stick with it to the point where you watch season 2. This season has been off to an absolutely phenomenal start. Obviously none of that slow build up is needed now so they can afford it.

It is fair to say that Sherwood’s record is better as he has notched up the same amount of wins as AVB in four less matches. That alone may be enough to convince many that Spurs are better under Sherwood. They certainly are playing better, as they have moved from a 50% win percentage to an impressive 66% win percentage,

Ill be honest I still havent sent this one off got it hooked up to an old tv as a monitor at the moment, pictures terrible but its just good enough that Ill accept it, wasnt missing clubs too much till I saw the United game today then all I wanted to do was hop on and play .

Seems we may be short of numbers when I get back, Ill definitely get this sent off next week and I may be able to borrow my brothers next weekend for the cup.

Didn't see the game but saw tweets in the first half saying how well Spurs were and how they were controlling the game.
For a much as people say Sherwood is a bit of a geezer, he has done a fairly good job, Spurs were in contention for fourth even when playing very poorly.
LVG will instil a strong personality within the squad, I bet. That's why I thought he be a good fit for United. I expect the Moyesiah to be gone in the summer, maybe LVG won't be going to Spurs!

I poke fun at Sherwood and as pessimistic as they come with each game we play, but well done to him. Done a good job with what he has. Would love to see Van Gaal and hope Levy doesn't screw that up, but chances are we might probably miss out on him...
