Jonny Evans won all of his aerial duels, misplaced only 1 of his 88 passes and registered an assist for Wayne Rooneys goal.

I've been critical of him for the last while but it looks like Evans is back to top form.

Juve being linked with Lazio's Hernanes. He's amazing as I've said in previous OTs when we played Lazio. He and Klose were easily their best players. Played the game of his life against us, really. I'd be happy to sign him but I'm not sure where he fits in our formation, unless he plays in Pepe's position. He's a pretty straightforward trequartista from what I've seen, and if we keep Vucinic around, how many players can we manage to keep up front that won't run back to defend? Unless we change formation to something like a 4-1-2-1-2 which would allow Pirlo, Vidal, Marchisio, and a Hernanes like player.

I don't know, I don't really worry about Hummels leaving us soon somehow. He has no player agent who can talk shit to him to join Real like Sahin. And Hummels seems just like an intelligent guy who knows what he's got here.

No official figures, but so far he has gotten about €1m a year. I guess he's now up there with our biggest earners. Reus is supposed to earn 3-4m next year, so Götze's wages will be something similar, maybe slightly above that.

Any of you guys from Baltimore or familiar with the city/area? Liverpool are playing Tottenham there this Summer and I'm thinking about making a trip out of it.

It's crazy how little footballers make in comparison to professional American sports (heck, even their European equivalents although that's essentially just basketball). Even with tons of bonus clauses, he'll make less than an average at best veteran in the NBA.

I think GQMan121 is from Baltimore. I have a layover there next month on my way home from Miami. I've been to the baseball stadium (Camden Yards) which is a cool stadium, but I don't know much about the area.

Well most of what I know about Baltimore come from The Wire, so just based off of that I'd say don't go.

However I do have family who live nearby and I've visited a few times, it's a pretty plain state and there isn't really much of interest unless you head over to Washington D.C.
