You can only get into restaurants depending on what room you have. Basically how much money you spend. Mines is the Britannia Restaurant which is the “4th class” one.

Queen’s Grill is the “1st class” one. Rooms start at £7,900 :messenger_grimmacing_ and go up to £23,000 :messenger_loudly_crying:

Every night/morning I wake up at 11PM-1AM. I actually like it. I feel worse if I sleep right through. I need time to be awake and stay in bed.

When I go back to sleep it has to be at 10 mins past. Right now it’s 2:04AM. At 10 past I’ll go back to sleep. My alarm is set for 10 past so I need to sleep for exactly whatever amount of hours.

There's a theory that bi-phasic/polyphasic sleep patterns like that are natural for humans.

Historical "first sleep" and "second sleep"

A Historical "First and Second Sleep" Pattern
A separate biphasic sleep pattern is sometimes described as segmented sleep, involved sleeping in two phases, separated by about an hour of wakefulness. This pattern was common in preindustrial societies, and it was most common to sleep early ("first sleep"), wake around midnight, and return to bed later ("second sleep").[10] Along with a nap in the day, it has been argued that this is the natural pattern of human sleep in long winter nights.[11][12] A case has been made that maintaining such a sleep pattern may be important in regulating stress.[12]

Historian A. Roger Ekirch[13][14] has argued that before the Industrial Revolution, interrupted sleep was dominant in Western civilization. Ekirch asserts that the intervening period of wakefulness was used to pray[15] and reflect,[16] and to interpret dreams, which were more vivid at that hour than upon waking in the morning. This was also a favorite time for scholars and poets to write uninterrupted, whereas still others visited neighbors, engaged in sexual activity, or committed petty crime.[14] He draws evidence from more than 500 references to a segmented sleeping pattern in documents from the ancient, medieval, and modern world.[12] Other historians, such as Craig Koslofsky,[17] have endorsed Ekirch's analysis.

Ekirch suggests that it is due to the modern use of electric lighting that most modern humans do not practice interrupted sleep.[18] Some have proposed that a sleep pattern based on the historical biphasic sleep schedule might be beneficial for stress or improve health markers. Ekirch does not advocate for this, stating that the current uninterrupted sleep pattern is the ideal schedule for the modern world.

TL: DR people woke up to fuck in the middle of the night then went back to sleep but electric lights ruined that.

Happy Friday fuckers!

Waiting to finish work. Maybe watch some YouTube when I get home and tan a tube of Pringles before going for a cat nap.

Will be benchmarking and undervolting my 5090 later today. So excited :)

Thinking about booking a zoo experience where you can meet and feed meerkats and monkeys! I’d love to meet the penguins but not if I have to feed them fish.

I’d prefer the meerkats over monkeys. Monkeys are cool but meerkats are so stinking cute I could die.

Mon the meerkats!!

Honestly, try Otters. During feeding time they are the funniest things on earth!

Although, it's fish! 👀

Otters are cute. I am terrified of fish. I wanted to swim with dolphins but you had to feed them fish so I noped out. Also the tank was too deep. I hate deep water.
Ah man I love Dolphins! I couldn't swim with them either, I'd be too tripped out :messenger_tears_of_joy:

We booked a 'Dolphin' sight seeing trip in Mauritius a couple of years ago, got to the beach at 6am, out we went. Zero Dolphins, but whales turned up.

Ten minutes later one of them went under the boat, we were about two miles out. I've never shit myself so much..

Thought he'd flip the boat :messenger_tears_of_joy:

I’d love to see whales! I don’t mind whales dolphins otters sea lions etc. it’s just fish that freak me out. Sharks too. Saw some of them in Dominican Republic and I shit myself. It wasn’t in the sea lol it was a zoo. Also I remember I started crying because there was a toucan that I had to walk past haha. I’m not so bad with birds anymore though. I’ve never touched one but I’d like to hold an owl or eagle :D

It was pretty damn good. It got too much though and I felt bad for them, whenever one came up to the surface twenty odd boats turned up to chase it. It was utterly ridiculous :messenger_neutral:

Oh man, Sharks do me in, I just can't! Zoo or not! I wouldnt worry about crying over a Toucan, my wife cries and screams and butterflies. Whenever we go through a butterfly enclosure she runs out screaming, trust me, you've never seen anything like it :messenger_tears_of_joy:

You so need to hold an Owl! It'll bend your brain when they 180 their head to look at you!

Applied for a new passport. Mines doesn’t expire until July next year but I don’t wanna risk it. Better to just get a new one anyway.

They said my photo is “good” but it’s fucking horrific. I hate myself :( deleted the photo right off my phone and hope to never look at it again. What a fucking mess I am.

"I’d love to meet a tiger or lion."

I fucking don't
I do!! They’re just big cute kitty cats!

I’d love to cuddle one and shake its massive paw! Also give it belly rubs and ear scratches.

I might die but totally worth it. Cats are the best

Nah seriously as cool as it would be I wouldn’t trust a wild animal. Not even one in a zoo. I wouldn’t even fully trust my own cats.

My mini lions at home can do damage so I dread what a real big cat could do.

Too scary for me, I'll stick with the smaller ones! 👀

Same here. Well, to be fair, we was the only boat, then all of a sudden it looked like something out of a Spanish armada painting :messenger_tears_of_joy:

NO PAIN TRANCE CONTINUE
I need to find a personal trainer this year. I’m back down to 145 lbs but need to start building some more muscle. Not interested in bulk, I want a lean rock climber level of strength. Whatever I’ve been doing hasn’t worked out well. Too many injuries.

Just start with more carbs and proteins ie: more calories. Somewhat larger portions. You're seemingly burning your daily calorie intake so you stay the same. Just add some more "good calories" and see what happens in 4 weeks or so, in a nutshell

Also, you mentioned building muscle and strength. For the Iatter I suggest powerlifting ie squats deadlifts bench press pull-ups bent over rows etc..
In combination with more clean calories. I can see you some techniques vids on the app.
