moved my PC under the desk. i was trying to figure out what fan was ramping up and down all the time. thought it was the GPU but it's not budging from 30%. Neither is my AIO. It's the PSU fan that thing is bloody loud. it only spins when at 30% load (405W) which isn't great when you have a GPU pulling <500W.

Hopefully now it's under my desk it's a bit quieter. I can't look at my beautiful RGB anymore i need to peek under the desk to admire it.

on the positive side. on the top of my desk i have way more space for activities. got my lil printer hooked up. distanced my speakers. might even stick my laptop up now

If you put you feet in hot salt water it will stop them from getting infected it will hurt like a bitch though

I've never had infected blisters. I've just haven't walked for a long time, and not strolling but like mindfull "powerwalking" so my feet aren't used to that anymore.

It'll take some weeks and I'm back where I was. For now it's best to let 'm heal otherwise It'll take longer before I can start again.

I bought and received some high end running shoes yesterday but they were a bit to small. Ordered half a size up.

My intention is going from walking to jogging to running. We'll see.

Went to an specialist 2 weeks ago (echo) and the fluid was gone so didn't need another shot. They're betting on one (?) muscle that's not participating so another is overworked and causing the irritation.

as for Aster movies. i love his endings in Hereditary and Midsommar. I prefer Hereditary's one. Also the crying scenes are intense

according to https://wheresthejump.com/ there are only 8 minor jump scares in Hereditary

Never feel ashamed! I've lost count of how many times I've had huge breaks from exercise because of illness or injuries. Good on you for getting back on the horse as many don't once they stall!

I feel tremendous anxiety before entering the gym almost every time. I just focus on the exercise at hand and completely zone out and give maximum intensity, that way I don't care about what's going on around me.
