It was a dark long night in Amsterdam when I first met him. My life was never the same again after this fateful night at the central railway station in Amsterdam.
I was borne in Ghana twenty five years ago my parents named me Effia it means a girl who was borne on Friday. About a year ago I got a job in Amsterdam as a nurse and for this year I had been living mostly a solitary live only going out for work.
I did not want to spend another night inside and went out. I wandered around aimlessly till I reached the railway station. This is when I first saw him. He was tall and handsome. He was wearing a large cowboy hat and had a lit cigarette in one hand and a cup of hot coffee in the other. Then our eyes suddenly met and I felt week at my knees.

Took the day off. Had a massage for my neck/trapezius and although it much more loose I know I need someone else. Kinda underwhelming since it wasn't cheap.
Made chicken broth yesterday and will add the veggies today. Will have enough for a full week. Thinking about only having soup only as well for the coming days/week.
Can't really work out expect walking since I'm still in Limbo in regards to my before mentioned rib/organ (?) issue and I need to lose some weight (soup)
