that feel when you realize you've been using your vape incorrectly the whole time
How so? That is, what have you been doing incorrectly?
I've used three vapes so far:
Magic Flight Launch Box:
-No issues here. Using the thing is easy. You can clearly see vapor forming in the chamber, and can clearly tell when you're properly sucking out the vapor, regardless of whether you're using the stem or going "native." The method of pressing in the battery to power it up makes it extremely easy to control.
Arizer Extreme Q
-Finding the right temperature was the only real hangup here. When set to around 165C-170C it produces the perfect amount of vapor, but you have to give it a few hits before the weed is willing to really exhaust itself. The first hit is never the best. Hits 3-5 can be quite potent. The key is to take a really slow breath, and breathe through the nose occasionally to create a vacuum (this applies to any vaporizer, actually). At some point, the vapor just starts pouring out, and hits become extremely powerful. You don't have to crank up the temperature much at all until the product is really browned and seemingly exhausted. Even then, a fully loaded cyclone chamber takes several good hits before it's ready for the ABV container, where it moves onto becoming ripe for edibles.
Arizer Air
-The efficiency of this vape is crazy. It produces powerful hits at the LOWEST setting pretty much right out of the gate. It barely needs a minute to heat up. This challenge is knowing when to turn it off so that it's not burning the product away. I still haven't mastered this, since the metal heating plate is so close to the product. I do often feel like I'm wasting product a little bit if I don't get enough hits in before the thing powers off. It's truly a tool for those who are a bit more tolerant, as the best way to use it seems to be by taking several hits at the lowest setting before it powers off. You can really get a lot out of it before going from the blue setting to white and then to green. Gotta be quick. But damn, does the Air produce clouds of vapor pretty much constantly.
