No, I definitely recall reading that from a recent press release, I believe for the McFarlane toy line. As you said, I don't see why it's of note (aside from the usage of "Holiday" previously) because Fall in the Northern Hemisphere in 2012 extends from September 22nd 14:49 (GMT) to December 21st 11:11 (GMT). It's always seemed to me they were going for a mid-November release.

Its because Real Pic Jan makes him look so miserable frankie feels he has to cheer him up. Thanks to my obvious sunny disposition as evident in my RPJ frankie feels he dosnt have to answer my questions as ill be happy either way.

What purpose would it serve? I don't want to be rude but at least real pic January would show us something we didn't already know (ie. what we look like). We all should, hopefully, know what letters begin our usernames :p

Sabres/Space combat for Halo 4? Would you want it?

And the wiimote controls are pretty rad for RE4 Wii Edition but I still prefer using the Gamecube controller. Wiimote makes it too easy and the combat was designed for the GC controller. Only thing that sucks is that the QTE button prompts when using the GC controller are for the Classic controller and it's really hard to tell what to press since they're all white.

Yeah, I'm inclined to agree. However they handle it, I want public hype to be at a fevered pitch approaching launch. I want Halo 3 levels of promotion, and a commercial as good as the Halo 2 ones.

I'm conflicted. Part of me hates the blackout and sees it as detrimental, the other part knows that it simply means a better showing of Halo 4 capabilities (graphics, audio, etc.) because it'll be much farther along and with everyday that goes by that we don't see or hear anything about it, it's going to make the initial reveal that much sweeter.

I hate the blackout for what it's doing, but I love it for what it's going to do.

Not to mention when we do actually see the game, it will be closer to actually getting our hands on it.

There's a support group for that.

I agree with your point. If 343 reveals gameplay alongside a flood of information, that information is more useful than the dribs and drabs of a 40% finished game that we'd be getting if they started releasing stuff 3 weeks ago.
