There's lots of good hot chicken places around me. I like Dave's, Howdy, Mico's and a few others in the Houston area. Korean hot chicken is yum too. I usually go for the second to most hot spice level (if it goes like: no spice, mild, medium, hot, very hot, reaper ... I usually go with very hot or just hot lol)
